  1. We would like a report with the % of what data we have collected. Including Credit Card on FIle/Expiration Date/CVC Code. This way we can be intentional on who's information we have and who we still need to collect.

  2. Merging clients doesn't properly carry over information about previous floats, and potentially risks losing previous purchases (i.e. gift cards, float packages, etc.)

    I've run into this a few times, and it has created more issues than it has solved to merge clients.

  3. We would like remove the option for our stylists to edit their own appointments (cancel, reschedule, etc.) but allow them to still be able to edit client notes. Client notes are where our stylists input their formulas and any other important client info from their appointment. It would be helpful if there were more options of what could be turned on and off for each privilege group, rather than so many options grouped together!

  9. When searching to add a product in sales screen (IE: I type Moisture) it will bring up everything with the word moisture. But nowhere on the list tells me what brand the product is from. This would be very helpful when choosing the right product. (Yes I know, UPC code would be the most efficient way). But dont always have a barcode reader reeady.

  10. It would be great to allow an employee to clock in to a specific shift if they are hired to complete different jobs in the salon. For instance we have stylists that start with our company as an Assistant, Front Desk or Stylist and each job may have a different pay scale. This would allow a more accurate payroll report to pay employees by.

  13. The ability to sync iCloud and Google calendars is excellent - however, for those of us with work calendars on Outlook, we're unable to sync directly to Blvd. Adding that additional feature would enhance this already great feature.

  14. The way Blvd calculates commission is not a true tiered method. The POS system we used to have calculated commission however we put into the system. I am asking that Blvd add the piece that we can customize our own commission structure. Right now it takes us hours to input into an Excel document and because we are doing this manually leaves many chances for error.

    Our commission structure is tiered as follows.

    $800-$1200 40%

    $1201-$1600 42%

    $1601-$1900 45%

    $1901-$2100 50%

    $2101 and up 60%

    In Blvd the commission is based on one % only. In Blvd if an employee…

  15. I work for a company that likes to use our iPad to check guests in and out. I want to be able to completely control our Front Desk menu from the iPad app so I can easily just drag our clients over the the appropriate section.

  20. Our company's logo looks terrible inside a white square! Please allow the system to read transparency information from PNG files so we can make a cleaner looking banner for the client-facing booking experience!
