Identify client location next to client name upon booking
I would like to suggest that we display the client's primary location if they have booked with us in the past in brackets next to their name. It would be a great feature to have to avoid having to have them confirm their email or phone number if they are not on file with us. Thank you!

Remove or hide inactive merchant accounts
I'm A bit baffled why we cannot remove certain merchants that are no longer working with us.. it makes it very cumbersome to go through them whether it say active or inactive by their name, it really doesn't matter we would just like to see only the people that are involved in our business on the merchant side.

Add "Memberships and Packages" to Appointment Preference in widget.
It would be more streamlined if clients could see from the Appointment Preferences page on the widget that there is an option to purchase a membership or package (if applicable). Right now, they have to click into Individual Appointment. Making it more obvious from the get go would be helpful.

Recurring events for reporting
It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

Pre-booking Defaults should be the same on the calendar when using the extraction operator "" >> " because the option to pick pre-booking defaults should be the same across the board. Currently the checkout window has different pre-booking defaults than the calendar when you press the extraction operator "" >> " button.

Online gift card purchase notifications
It would be helpful to be able to receive notifications when a client purchases a gift card online themselves. Such as the bell icon or even a push notification.

Collect payment during booking for $0 services
Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

Allow Service Option Groups to be shared across all services (toggle on, off, and add new)
It would be very helpful if when you create a Service Option group that you can use that same group on another service by toggling it on. That way if there are standard addon types that you create for Lashes, or Nails, or Pedicures, etc. You can turn on the option group for the service without having to recreate them for every service. I envision that the service option group page would just show all possible groups with a toggle on/off slider and still option to create new groups.

Separate reporting for Comped services/way to give commission to comped services
Currently checking out comped services as OTHER so the staff still receive their commission in reports, but creates a book keeping nightmare to separate from service sales/sales summary

Want reporting on individual services
Need to be able to see specifically how many of what treatment the stylists performed over a custom timeframe. Right now we can only see the total for the entire service category otherwise it takes a long time to go provider by provider to get the correct #s

Ratings Feature - Option to choose the social site

Time clock day by day totals in report due to overtime calculations
At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.
The process is currently manual…
