  3. Right now when im booking a new appointment, the time I want to book should be an option on that first window. Instead I have to 'confirm time' then edit. Alot of extra steps that should just be in the first window

  4. When I'm checking a client out, I tap on there name to add the credit card to profile, once done i then have to exit out of the checkout window and start fresh for the card on file to appear. I'd like to be able to put the card on file and go back into the existing transaction and the new card on file automatically appear

  5. Allow for stylists to send some sort of "received" notification when their clients arrive. Sometimes they don't get the arrived notification so it would be helpful if they can send a received notification back to reception so we know they know.

  6. Due to the pandemic most salons are operating under reduced capacity to keep the occupancy low.

Curbside checkin via automated text message (such as one that Rosy provides) would notify the front desk and ping the stylist, avoiding overcrowding in the waiting area or building.

  7. When running payroll, ideally there'd be a simplified report with all timeclocks on one sheet - currently when you export to excel, each provider gets their own sheet... Is there a simplified report I'm missing?

  8. We have 3 receptions desks and 3 ipads. When someone is checking in, filling out a form at station 1, and another guest is checking out at station 2, BLVD will send the ticket for signature of guest 2 to iPad 1...

Ideally, the ipads will sync to a login or a computer --- tickets and forms are bouncing around ipad to ipad, making it confusing and frustrating for front desk and guests.

  14. E.g. on the next service booked as a compromise for customer service.

Possibly under staff cancelled, another sub option; offer a one time use tokenized code to this client's account... use within 10 days, 20% off on services booked using this link.

  15. More refined permissions, beyond the current "Manage Business" or "Manage Location" tabs access level. They need the ability to grant permissions for specific tasks within this tab. For example, a business may want to permit a team member to manage inventory levels but restrict access to product creation, employee management, or other sensitive areas.

This granular control would enable businesses to delegate responsibilities accurately while safeguarding critical operational aspects.

  17. When adding a blowout through the normal way of booking it honors the price, but when going through add-on and adding the blowout that way it just has the base price, if there is a way to add on the that service but honor the stylist custom pricing!

  19. Such as; this service can only occur within 3 weeks of other service, service can only be booked once a month, service can only be booked before certain time, service can only be booked alone, service can only be booked with another service, service can only be booked as a series. Forcing clients and staff alike to observe these restriction/conditions would be very useful for more complicated service procedures but keep businesses running much smoother

  20. Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.

How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.
