A way to separate Staff Purchases from Retail
Employees receive products and services at cost and tax-free. A way to easily remove tax from the checkout window and a separate way to check out employees' purchases so that they can be reported on independently from retail would remove the need for several workarounds, save time, and eliminate errors by ensuring that default tax settings don't need to be under constant change.

Allow Employee to clock in for specific shift.
It would be great to allow an employee to clock in to a specific shift if they are hired to complete different jobs in the salon. For instance we have stylists that start with our company as an Assistant, Front Desk or Stylist and each job may have a different pay scale. This would allow a more accurate payroll report to pay employees by.

Use caller ID feature with existing business phone number
Only if a client knows to call this foreign number does this feature work. Our main line has been in use for 25 years+. This number doesn't forward to our main line so it seems not that usable of a feature. Also, that would mean changing our phone number on our Google Business Page, Yelp Page, Facebook and Instagram Page, All of our marketing collateral and our website to make this work. It's a great feature and I'm sure your engineers spent a lot of time on this feature, but the execution and implementation for a salon to actually use…

Ability to run reports from specific time to specific time
1/1/20 08:30-1/5/20 14:45. This would help analysis of any shift based or worker based issues.
Examples:
To determine if a staff member is checking clients out with less cost-saving checkout methods.
To determine which part of the day an error may have occurred.To locate particular timing of issues.

The ability to sort columns in Classic Report and export it the way it was sorted.
When you sort a column and then export the file, it doesn't save and populate the way it was "organized".

Separate tip screen
Upon checkout it would be great if the tip screen was shown first, then the signature screen. Clients are so confused why they must sign before sliding their credit card, that they completely disregard the tip section.

Create client list for mailchimp based on future or new clients scheduled
It would be nice to create lists based on appointments made versus only purchased appointments. This would make it easy to send new clients a digital welcome packet or if a guest was coming in for a color correction, we could send them a digital "what to expect" packet before their service.

Allow customer to complete checkout via their phone
Vagaro offers the ability for clients to complete checkout (leave tip and digitally sign) from their phone to complete transactions without interfacing with an iPad and signing an actual receipt.

It would be hugely beneficial to be able to print out price stickers with barcodes. Preferably given the option to print them upon receiving a purchase order.

Way to disable appointment confirmations for single appointments or certain stylists or days
Example is if we have to keep appointments on a schedule to track that we need to reschedule them, but do not want the clients being told that "they are scheduled for an appoitnment" when they are NOT.
