  2. With Covid shut downs we are cancelling so many appointments and adding people to the waitlist. Right now it's 2 very different steps. It would be nice to be able to have the option to add the appointment to the waitlist as you are cancelling it. It can be located where the arrow for rescheduling and the X for cancelling is located. It would save time and brain power because it would already know which client, stylist and service to book. It would also be great to be on the pro moblie app too.

  5. Some barbers are not getting texts or notifications once clients check in until 10-15 minutes later... This causes barbers to fall behind if SC is busy and unaware that the barber didn't get the notification.

  6. As a spa owner, I want to constantly give high end service to our clients as well as make things efficient for my front desk staff. If there was an area where we could save and easily access robe size, shoe size, drink preference and custom fields...it would elevate the clients experience as well as help me run a more efficent business. I'm sure the salon side would also benefit from other feilds and/or custom field options.

  7. There needs to be a description when entering products "retail", "backbar" . many vendors supply both retail and backbar. its such a hassle to pull up backbar reports.

  9. if a service provider works at multiple locations at the same time (3 locations for example), ability for the schedule to be blocked off at location A, if the service provider is booked at location B

  12. Every time someone books a guest appt, it creates a new profile and doesn't link to our current clients. This causes duplicate profile, new intakes, and more problems. If the guest is a current client, they should be able to enter the email and link the accounts for the guest as well. This will also help with completing proper forms.

  13. It would be great if a client could upload an image of the vaccination card when booking. In NY our clients don't have to wear a mask if vaccinated but checking at the front desk can be tricky. If they can connect their Dept. of Health app or upload a photo when booking and then their appt can have an icon showing if they are vaccinated.

  15. On our own website's menu, we give full on descriptions with images of the service with "book now" buttons. We would like to have custom online booking links per service so that if someone is looking at a particular service on our own website, they can click "book now" and it takes them to Boulevard's online booking screen with the service pre-selected where they can choose their stylist and continue through the online booking process.

  17. goal setting as far as services & retail daily/weekly/monthly with daily pie chart and % completed that would show as the tickets complete and be visible next to the stylist name

  18. As is, the completed appt if not adjusted prior to checkout impedes bookability and is not editable unless voiding and redoing the order which is too difficult for staff or creates client side confusion.
    Example, 4 hour service completes 2 hours in, staff does not remember to adjust the appt duration. Now 2 hours are not bookable by client self booking. Would like solution for this.
