  1. It would be nice to allow a client to book two of the same service under one appointment without having to make it a group booking. For example, if we have a parent that wants to bring their 2 kids in to the salon at the same time for a cut they can't book both their children in the same appointment because the system only allows you to book one service per appointment. Would be nice to have the feature where you could book 2 of the same service!

  2. And allow businesses to require it for certain services or all.

    I imagine many businesses could benefit from this feature, while additionally we can assume this data only needs to be stored for a year or in any case and can be heavily compressed if need be.

  4. Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

  5. We are already able to see edit updates, like when an appointment has been rescheduled or cancelled. But the edits do not tell us if or when the timing of a service has been changed within an appointment. It would be really helpful for our front desk staff to know if there was time added or time subtracted from a particular service.

  15. Hi Guys - I do not know if this is a bug or a feature suggestion. The email receipt really needs to have a clear note of the DATE of the service being charged, in addition to the date of checkout close. In some instances we hold over checkout for various reasons. Commonly its for Membership renewals to kick in so we wait a day or so, grab the new voucher and close. However, guests forget and send me notes that they are upset. If there is a date of service on the receipt, this might mitigate that

  16. We would like a training dashboard for new hires to be able to manipulate appointments/work the front desk without using the actual live dashboard.

  18. It would be helpful to be able to book a room as a resource without needing a service provider tied to the appointment. A lot of businesses have services that do not require a provider.
