  2. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  5. It would be really helpful to have the ability to send a specific client waiver to customers by text and to be able to use Zapier to create triggers and actions surrounding waivers.

    Example: If a new appointment is booked, a waiver can be texted to the person. When the waiver is filled out, a notification in slack pops up.

  6. Sometimes when in a hurry, we don't click open the appointment to see important details like preferred pronouns or add on service requests. It would be helpful if we just saw it on the appointment calendar.

  10. It would be great if I could create a 'New Sale' without adding the client info into the system. We have alot of walkin's from nearby hotels that we would prefer are left out of metric reports since they will not be returning to the business. In our former software the option in the register was 'Anonymous Male' 'Anonymous Female'

  15. Vagaro shows the staff member's rating number (5 stars, etc) on their online booking, and we would love that feature too! Currently the ratings in Boulevard are really only seen by the front desk team - they need to be seen by clients to really be helpful!

  17. BLVD should never advertise me as fully booked when I am not. Many people go online to see what is available before calling. The lead time appointments , those that are in the set up time should be greyed out and show as call to book. You will make thousands more dollars this way. We have been doing this for 10 years...we know.

  20. We are using a new software called Clicki (https://clicki.io) to pay our clients to promote us on social media. We pay our clients $1.00 for each unique click they generate for our company.

    It has been fantastic - so much so we have stopped all our google pay per click and now only pay our clients to promote us. Would love to see a more formal integration with this new innovative company and concept.
