Send staff text when an appointment has been changed within 24 hours of the appointment.
When stylists are busy working on clients & reception staff is busy, it can slip through the cracks when an appointment time has changed for that day. It would be best if the system automatically notified the stylist (via text) any time there has been an adjustment to an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. So that would include cancellations and appointment start times.

Forms: Button for "Send to iPad"
Would like an option to trigger a form to populate on the ipad for a client to complete. We had a client checkin and add a service which requires a form, but there's not a clean way to have them complete the form on the ipad. We have to put them back to Confirmed and checkin all over again

Add the ability to repeat a Time Block in the mobile app
The ability to make a time block repition on the app. The option is avalible on the desktop but individual service providers don't use that version often and would like to have more avalible scheduling customizations in the app.

A More Detailed report , when having multiple merchants.
When we get the end of day report, it adds everyones tips and services together. What i think we should be able to get is a separate report for each merchant. A detailed report on Tips of the day, Services, Product, CC payments Cash payments. For each individual merchant. Not one collective sales summary because when we do our book keeping we are very confused to whose money is whose, when it comes to CC payments and Tips & Cash payments. We want to see it all on one page!

Booth renter charge option
Add a feature that charges a booth rent automatic for there booth space they rent from salon. Can do weekly or monthly option.

Actual price the client is paying today, shown on iPad on their side.
When a client leaves a deposit, and I go to check them out, it shows them the total amount of the service, and does not show that they also put down a deposit. It creates a lot of confusion at the desk because they think they are being charged full price, when they already paid a deposit.

It would be nice to choose a Brand or Supplier versus having to tick lots of individual products when building a product offer.

Adding a client's name to a sale after it's finalized
We would like the option to be able to add an existing client's name to a completed sale after it's done. Sometimes our stylists ring out their guests as a walk-in and don't add the name. It makes it difficult if the client wants to see what they bought in the future, or return something later. Having the option to add the name after would be fantastic!

Loyalty Points - Redemption Options
This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."
Offered a work around for the time being.

Allow Deposits for Appointments to go directly into Stylist Merchant Account instead of Business Account
I have chair-renters, and receiving numerous people's deposits to my bank account gets very messy, especially when the deposits that hit my account aren't labeled. I would appreciate if each stylist could have their own deposits hit their personal Merchant account, that way I don't have to Paypal each stylist their deposits for the week.

Can we have the clients section listed in alphabetical order
It would be useful if the clients were listed in alphabetical order since we have multiple clients who share the same name. Usually when we find this occurrence we would add the last four of their phone number to their name that way we do not confuse the clients when booking or appointments or checking out in sales. We tried to go through all of clients but quickly gave up because we have 22,000 clients that we have to go through since there is no option to refine by alphabetical order. When contact center detects that multiple client profiles are using the same phone number
It should show a warning that the listed client is potentially the wrong client and manual comprehension of which client the correspondence is with will be required.

Back in Stock Notifications
It would be great to be able to create a templated text message complete with a list of customers who want to be notified when a certain product is back in stock in the shop.
