  4. We use packages to sell prepaid series on a single service but that does not gurantee that they will see the same provider and the comission is that of a service, so being able to set commsion amount as well as attach a service provder to it at checkout woudl be helpful.

    We have spent YEARs offering this to clients and it has become quite a headache now that we have blvd. I would love to be able to sell a package of 6 massages and not assign comission to the the whole lump of the sale but rather as…

  5. When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.

  7. There is not a simple way to track the number of botox units a client gets per unit price under services at checkout. (under products you can input quantity but not under service).

    Also, would like to have a feature where clients can pre-pay for units in advance ( package / voucher) at discounted price, and have an easy checkout to apply said pre-paid units.

    Example: Currently only have it set up to redeem 1 voucher per service; but if a client has 28 pre-paid units of botox, under the checkout tab there is no feature to enable all said…

  8. We'd like to be able to upgrade/downgrade a membership (we have two tiers) without having to cancel/sell each product separately. This causes our overall member counts to be off and leaves room for error when done manually.

  15. When inputting services for a discount. I tried to see what services I excluded to make sure I got them all that didn't apply to the discount, but I am unable to view that. It isn't an option.

  16. Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well

  20. Would love to be able to access more client information on the app. Such as, allergies. Most often, I am using the app while in my treatment room with a client rather than referring to a computer.
