  1. There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.

  5. We should be able to make some products tippable. We have a full service bar within our salon, and many clients want to add gratuity to the beverages. It's not fast to add it in individually, like it is for services

  12. Our staff checks out their own clients so if a client goes to desk to buy product, it would be nice if we could make it required to select the staff member that sold the product

  13. We would like a better ability to identify which of our front desk staff are making errors with name spelling, email addresses, phone number errors. And fire those that are incompetent and causing the business stress. But without this feature it is quite difficult to determine "who" are making mistakes.

    Right now we are using a loose assumption of when a record was made by looking at when the appointment was booked and who was working at that time. This assumes that the person working front desk did it and also that the record was kept the same since its…

  14. Is there any way we can go current??? What happed 2 yrs ago takes 2 min to go through to get to today! If I need yrs ago I can scroll. Too much time is spent getting to where I need to read for today.

  15. When we are doing consultations, we need the ability to add our own provider notes on the patient forms. Maybe out to the side? They don't always enter the correct details when they are filling these out in a rush, and we need to be able to add more information so that we always have good information about our patients and are treating them properly each time we see them.

  20. We now book Massage at the same time as a Lash appointment. We have 2 different providers. Both though need notifying that their guest is here. Only the first booked receives it right now.
