  2. We have multiple people who have access to change service, product and staff settings. It's nice to see which user last changed a record and when so that we can follow up with the person. I have no idea who is making changes to our services and have no way of knowing to address it with them. Here is a picture of what we had in Millennium:

  5. This would be super helpful for our company and anyone who uses third party coupons, promotions, or deals for a limited time. We have to set our service prices in a $ amount in order for our employees to get paid correctly on commissions even for a free service; If we could turn the pricing confirmation off PER SERVICE it would take out the issue of clients asking why their free service is a $ amount.

  6. So often Clients do not remember if they have gift cards and if a gift card came up on their appointment or check out page, we could ask the client if they would like to use whatever they have left.

  10. This is CRUCIAL to retroactive analyses. If I was to ask of myself and staff to forecast scheduling needs based on our own data, it would be impossible at the moment without quite a lot of workaround. Example question; "How busy were we leading up to X holiday in 2020, 2019, 2018". At present, we can only see the schedule of service providers that are still active. Workaround would be to reactivate all staff if one remembered who worked when, then deativate them... this would cause vulnerability for seconds to minutes as reactivating could open staff for booking, send backlogged…

  11. Because most business take advantage or your voucher system to pre-sell services it would be helpful to have an option to view sales as cash sales or accrual sales.

  17. I would like to pay our employees more money, for more services completed within a two week payroll period. Example: I pay my employees every two weeks. If, within that two weeks, they make $0-$5,000 they would make a 55% commission pay rate. But, if they make $5,001 or more, they would make a 60% commission pay rate. I would need this tier to "reset" every two weeks after I complete payroll. So, there should be a way to input a "pay period" within the multi-tiered commission pay rates. Thank you.

  20. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.
