Gift card should be default payment when available on clients account.
In the checkout, you would never know if someone had a giftcard balance unless they mention it. If they want to use it, having to go into their profile and copy/paste back to the check-out screen is time-consuming.

Prompt to capture Credit Card information
It would be great if before an appointment could be saved on the stylist books the system prompted the operator to get Credit Card information. We "require" a credit/debit card on file due to a cancellation policy however most clients do not have a card on file because the operator forgets to ask for it. Having a window of some sort pop up to prompt the operator to gather the credit card information before the appt could be saved would greatly increase the number of clients with a CC on file. Ability to book multiple appointment for same client (not recurring) without having to search name each time
If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.

Online service menu order Reflected in back of house
The order of the services in the service menu is customizeable for what the clients see in online booking but it seems to be all over the board and not able to be customized in mangement view. Not even alphabetical. So when editing/adding services it becomes very confusing.

When running reports to call on clients not seen for a specific date range, we should be able to see when last appointment was for that specific procedure

Add a better call to action to the reviews
I do not think the reviews are being used because 'tell us how we did' is not a strong call to action. As a customer I would not even know your requesting a review. It needs to stand out as a request. People pay extra for this feature alone so making this the best it can be is important.
