  3. Control if a tag can be set on the profile level, appointment level, or both. For example, we have a tag for group appointments but it sometimes gets added to a client's profile instead of just the one appointment

  6. I would like to see at the top of the screen quickly who is logged into the computer. That way I know if a manager etc left themselves logged in.

  9. The error message that pops up when payments have been blocked are unhelpful as it doesn't specify the reason for the error. There should be a more detailed error message to let customer's know that payments have been blocked.

  11. When searching products in the manage or gear tab the search allows names and UPCs, but not SKUs. Many of our products are barcoded with the internal SKU since they don't have a UPC. Searching by SKU would be very helpful to be able to scan a product and have it come up to manage.

  13. Otherwise the calendar is illegible. I don't understand how anyone can look at the calendar and make sense of it. See attached pic, it's ugly. Even if you limit the number of service providers to spread out columns the issue persists.

  14. Occasionally when adding a tip to the checkout window from the dashboard the system will round my tip and throw off the transaction. I use two decimal points to allocate tips when someone leaves a flat amount for multiple providers so I can split the tip evenly among them. Today I am entering 16.85% and it keeps rounding to 17%. Sometimes it doesn't do that, but sometimes it does. The work around is to do the math and enter the dollar amount, but it is frustrating to have numbers change after entering them.

  18. We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.

    Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

  19. Would like the ability to return list of staff and their availabilities in one query
    Why: Reducing the number of clicks on a custom booking flow

    Allows for the ability to select a date and them immediately display all the staff and their available times
