  1. Booking link sent via text for clients who wish to book over the phone but do not want to give credit card information over the phone or "book online". Link gets sent to phone and they must add credit card info and accept the terms and policies within a specific timeframe to complete the booking, saving time and effort for the front desk. When the front desk gets busy checking out a client and there's calls on hold to book. This is efficient and keeps both parties happy!

  3. When looking at products at the brand level, you should be able to see a list of which shops a product is active at. If a product isn't sold at all shops and you want to confirm which ones it is enabled at, right now you have to literally go through each location one by one and search for the product at each one to see if it is enabled or not. This is not sustainable or scalable for us at all.

  4. Ability to void multiple vouchers at a time. We have to manually void out 30+ vouchers individually when they are expired - it's way too tedious and there needs to be a bulk or select-all feature.

  5. Currently you can refund a gift card that has already been redeemed. This results in the the balance of the gift card becoming negative. Instead Boulevard should warn or prevent refunds of gift card purchases if a card has already been used.

  7. We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.

  12. Was thinking that the professional app should send notifications if a business desires in order to alert staff that they are running behind. I would ultimately love it if the app had a "live console" mode that if there is:

    upcoming appointment, shows minutes until expected arrival, what the client's normal minutes prior or late to appointment check in is (using client database)

    current appointment, shows checkin time, start time if stylist marks as active state, shows expected completion time, BUT shows timer countdown until expected completion time and percentage of current appointment and color coded background that starts flashing…

  13. give us the option to add more than one category at a time when adjusting inventory. make it like inventory reports where we can count multiple categories. this will save lots of time

  14. inventory quantity shows during a sale as you're typing in the product in the search bar This way when a client is wanting something not quickly found on the sales floor, staff can quickly realize if we have some in back-stock or if we are out without having to run a report which is higher on the privileges allowance that most of my reception staff.

  17. As a business owner, I would like the ability to report on the number of new memberships sold by each of my staff members.

    For example today one of my favorite reports is a weekly report in which I can see my staff and the following items:

    • How many new memberships they sold
    • How many appts they had
    • How many members they saw
    • How many non members they say
