  2. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  5. Change the Orders screen to work more like Clients: When you click an order to view details, they slide over the screen to see details. Then when you close the order it slides back out of the way and you are still on the order screen. This allows you to keep any filters in place and still see the order details.

    A change like this would help streamline the user experience so more aspects of the program behave in the same way making it easier to use and to train new users.

When a person purchases a Gift Certificate for someone, having that gift card automatically attach to the client receiving the gift certificate's account as an option for them to use in check out. While I understand the benefit of just selling a card and then its up to the recipient to keep track of the card. The likeliness of them not using it is higher which generates profit but we are making an effort with software such as this to keep track of everything else about our clients, why not their gift certificates?

  10. We are recommending an implementation of a basic report that we can pull to show Any appointment that shows quick Appointment Data:

    Service booked

    Date when Appointment was Booked

    Date of Actual Appointment Service.

    We have high ticket PMU (Cosmetic Tattoo Services) and Lash Services which can block off 2-3 hours of time and our front desk needs to follow up consistently with these appointments to ensure the clients fill out all their proper forms ahead of time and also do not cancel their appointment.   12. When you click "new appointment" at the top right, it opens a small mini screen at the bottom right to fill in all necessary information. It would be great to enlarge the screen and see everything in a bigger, cleaner format, so we click the enlarge button to expand the screen. But if we do that, the "First Available" option disappears, and we must select a stylist instead. When enlarging the screen, please keep all the functionalities that exist when the screen was small!

  13. We get very busy and to quickly sign-in clients, we only want their first name and phone number as required fields. These two pieces of info are enough of a differentiator that we don't want to spend time asking someone to spell out their last name. Some people have very long and complicated last names, and we would rather not have to get their last names wrong and have it be blasted across all marketing and text reminder communications every single time, and instead just use their first names only.   14. There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

  17. My staff and appointment scheduler are all virtual. They work mainly off their iPads and iPhones. They need to be able to schedule an appointment AND (at the very minimum) ADD a card on file for new clients.

  18. The app should have a feature that allows employee to see their schedule for that week and following weeks (ex. Monday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-2pm). As of right now I am having to send my employees screenshots of the schedule on the dashboard. Which is not very accurate in the case of availability changes. The only way for them to see when they work is to rely on the "grey areas" of availability under their name which is very difficult and leaves too much room for error.
