  1. It would be great if there’s a way to show the online booking in the calendar with a different color or a distinct emoji. The reason for that is because the executives at the front desk are receiving appointments through phone calls and walk-in, for those who have knowledge of it, however for the ones that come through online booking there’s nothing that made them different from the rest.

  3. We track membership sales by our front-of-house team because they receive commissions for selling memberships, but it would also be really useful to see which service provider a client saw most recently before their membership. Even though our service providers are not pushing memberships as much as our FOH, they have a huge impact on clients signing up for one because they provided the service the clients are signing up to come back for every month. This would be a useful tool for us in performance metrics for our team.

  5. Offer commission to receptionists if the business hits a certain sales goal each day. Example: if the business has over $1,000 in sales for the day the receptionist receives 1% commission

  6. Cyro is a service that some folks get done daily. While it is possible to remove the client as a whole from receiving text or email reminds, it would be great to limit according to services

    Ex: cyro appointments do not require reminders but facials do

  9. For instance a stylist sees 100 clients and 32 purchased retail it would be 32%. I know on reports it shows #guests with product, but a % would be nicer for KPI tracking so we don’t have to do the math. The % guests purchasing retail, units sold, and retail $$$ would be nice for staff performance also.

  12. For the new Netsuite API, we would love to be able to have client names added to the order flow from Blvd to NS. Currently, we would need to pull a client list and match to the Client ID which is a continuous and time-consuming task.

  13. Blvd allows users to open up more than 2 sale and/or appt booking windows at a time but the third one gets cut off the screen. I know that a workaround is to expand that third sale into the detailed view so that it takes up the whole screen, but it seems like a design flaw that it gets cut off like that at all.

  14. We had an idea for rescheduling! So - when clients cancel it will show in their profile history, however when we reschedule it does not show. It would be a good idea since clients reschedule often.

  15. It would be awesome if users could create 6-10 favorite calendar views on the dashboard. For example:

    All Hair Stylists
    All Nail Technicians with Nail resources
    All Massage Therapists with massage resources
    etc...

    This would enable us to easily pick views that can make it easier to schedule things like group appointments or to reschedule clients and only see the information that is most important to our rescheduling.

  17. It's very easy to accidentally make changes at the brand level that are meant for just one location because the screen in general, and the top nav bar in particular, looks almost exactly the same no matter which one you're on

  20. When viewing products sales by category or by brand, would like to be able to click on a total and see the breakdown of what items were sold vs just a lump sum amount.
