  2. When rescheduling an appointment at checkout, it would be helpful to see the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the appointment that day.

    For example, when checking out, I currently have to manually count the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the current appointment. It would be helpful to have it calculated automatically when rebooking.

  3. When the customer come in and if their information is incorrect such as name or email or phone numbers. we can have customer review that on the duo app to to confirm, correct of update the information

  4. Hello,
    When a client books for someone else like their spouse, sibling, or friend, and books the appt under their own name, it would be really nice o be able to switch the names/info without cancelling the appt. Cancelling is such a hassle when the guest is right in front of you and we need to make a quick change before they go back with their provider.

    We also like to keep notes on our guests for future reference on massage and skin care protocols, cannot link notes to the right profile if we cannot switch the names.

    • Today the NetSuite integration can only import sales and payments data as NetSuite invoice objects
    • As a business that uses NetSuite for our Accounting, we would like to have this integration pull data in as Cash Sales (and other popular object types) to avoid having AR touched and to avoid clean up post ingestion

  6. We feel it is very important that Boulevard gives us the option to print receipts that the Merchant and Customer copies are seperated automatically by the receipt printer. We are using the exact recommended Hardware. Our old booking program, their technical support team knew the exact settings for the recommended printer for the recommended browser to use on the desktop (Chrome). They knew every code for the settings to make every part of the program user-friendly in all aspects, including printer settings. I did reach out to the hardware company - Star Micronics, but I have a feeling this is…

  12. More and better filters and sorting options when viewing products. We have almost 600 unique SKUs and I wish we could, for example, set the filters to show only active products from X brand, or only active products from Y product category - or both of those at the same time: only active products from X brand under Y product category.

  13. Adding net sales total only for services and products, automatically including the values of vouchers that were redeemed. Currently, we must add these columns together in order to calculate revenue that excludes package, gift card, and account credit sales.

  17. Adding "at checkout" underneath the "When" category. I need to create a form for my clients to sign off on at the end of their appointment expressing their satisfaction with the outcome of their hair. This will help to avoid any client stating they were not satisfied with the services provided or their results later, after telling you that everything was good.
