  1. Customer (Mane Techniques Hair Company LLC) wants to be able to track the vouchers that are about to expire to alert customers that they need to use the voucher before it expires. Going through each client profile for this info is not time effective. They also want to be able to track the amount of money the business can lose if the vouchers are not being used by clients.

  2. you need to alphabetize the "select category" dropdown list when adding new products. I'm tired of hunting for the correct category. because Blvd. doesn't do sub-categories like other systems i now have close to 100 categories to choose from when i add a product and IT'S NOT IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER!!!

  6. id like to recommend adding an option to have services offered on certain days and not offered. i have barber that mostly men but wants to start doing haircolor we would like to have him be available on app to get booked for color services only on certain days. so he cant get booked for barber stuff that day

  10. It would be helpful if we're able to have different alerts instead of one. If we could add booking alerts (ie; guest booking preference for more efficient booking), check-out alerts: alerts that pop-up at checkout which is helpful if a guest is late on membership due we can see that at check-out and charge in the moment), membership past due alerts!

  11. We understand Boulevard services a wide audience of businesses, from employee based to booth rentals. From a business owners perspective, we need to be protective of our information, ie guest contact info, and this issue creates a back door that anyone can access, regardless of privilege groups, and there is currently no way to limit its access.

  12. In the old platform my work used, we were able to upload client's info, despite something like an e-mail address being invalid, which would allow the information to be saved. It would be really nice to be able to update and save the CT's information, despite there being something wrong in their information, like the email. As it stands now, I'm unable to update some CT's info due to invalid information which, truthfully, is more than frustrating.   13. We often have clients who we send invoices to and they remit payment from their production company, etc. after the fact. Sometimes it's weeks or months later. It would be great to have a payment type called "House Charge" to make sure that service providers receive their commission timely and a way that when that person schedules another appointment, it shows an outstanding charge. Being able to run a report to show any outstanding charges would also be helpful.

  14. Sometimes we ONLY want stylists to see how much they've earned in Gratuity for the day and only the admin gets to see their service sales. For other employees, they want to see their service sales and gratuity, and everything else. Being able to control who sees what on their mobile app would be great!

  15. Business would like the client to simply be able to enter in a phone number or email only. Currently phone, email, first and last name is required. If any of the information is entered differently from the profile including the name, it creates a new profile. The business feels this leave room for error on the clients end and then they have duplicate profiles.

Previously with the reception app we were able to discreetly show our clients their total via the Ipad and allow them to select their gratuity there and then ask them for their card to charge the total. Now with Duo we have to vocalize their total, ask for their card, run it, and then show them the Ipad where they can select gratuity.

    Some of our services we offer are over $4,500 so I feel it is much more classy to discreetly show them their total rather than announce it - especially since we are a relatively small salon where…

  18. At our salon we utilize Stylist & Co-Stylists. Depending on how many clients our Stylist see per day our co-stylists receive 25% gratuity and previously we were able to manually split this gratuity before completing the check-out process to not make our clients feel pressured to add gratuity to two different people so our check-out process was more smooth.

The Employee Scheduling would be nice if it was a draggable bar between times instead of two drop down menus, our old system had a draggable time table which made putting the schedule in a breeze and it was faster and physically would show coverage to make sure you didn't have any gaps instead of putting stuff in then looking at the calendar to make sure it was covered. plus it would be nice to be able to schedule lunch's as well instead of making blocks

  20. When you are on a client's profile and looking at their upcoming appointments, it's nice that you can get the full appointment details view from there but I really wish there was also a button to "View on Calendar" so that you could see it there in one click. The way it is now, you have to first potentially change locations, then go to the calendar view, then change the calendar date, then just kind of manually scan the calendar to find the appt. It should be a much more seamless process than this.
