  1. When editing an employee schedule, you can change a single day. When completing the change the schedule for all upcoming shifts on that same day of the week. The problem is, the system doesn't just update upcoming shifts, it updates every <day> for eternity with the new schedule. The logic should change to only update the already scheduled shifts, OR the statement should be changed to read "apply this change to all <days>"

  2. It would be helpful for our staff to have the last appointment visit and future appointments on their appointment print out for them to know how long in between each service.

  3. The business wants to run a report that has each client listed out on their own line and have it show a column indicating how many appointments they have seen in the lifetime of their history at the business.

  4. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

  5. Modifiers currently work as intended for customers booking online with Min and Max settings. They should automatically show when booking an appointment from front desk as they do for online (if a modifier exists for a service). They also do not follow ANY of the rules (at the front desk) defined by setup of a service such as Min and Max, rendering them mostly useless because of this broken cohesiveness between online and front desk booking.

  6. Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
    1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)
    and also
    2- Uploaded photos on profiles should auto populate instead of having to click

  8. Emails are not case-sensitive in any other platform that we are aware of. This, combined with allowing more than one profile to use the same email address, amounts to an enormous amount of duplicate profiles in our system.

  17. Hello, the new update has some issues. When we are trying to update/add a service to an appt (for example an add-on service) it makes you cancel the entire appt and start over. This takes more time and is not as simple as it was before.

  18. A search bar for the Suppliers section would allow quick and easy access to Supplier information, especially for businesses who have high eCommerce / retail volume.

    Other businesses may choose to use this section as an 'address book' / rolodex for storing other partner information who may not explicitly be retail-related.

  19. Create an auto-apply rule or toggle option that can be 1 click to apply to all offers. For example, offer codes should not be applied to anything in the Add on category. Once we update that in 1 offer, we'd like to be able to apply to all other offers in 1 click

  20. I would like to be able to send a discount link in a email or text marketing campaign that would allow the customer to click the link and then it takes them to the booking page and also auto apply's a coupon that i choose for that specific link. That way they don't have to remember a offer code, or re enter it at check out.

    Hey there! While we haven't added this feature for all offers yet, we have recently added this ability for new clients to your business with our new client referral program!


    Existing clients can share their custom referral booking links with friends. When those friends go to book, a special first-visit discount is automatically applied at booking and it carries through to checkout. Learn more about the referral program here.
