  5. It would be nice if there was any kind of export feature for appointment history. As a massage studio we sometimes have to send clients a list of appointments for insurance or legal purposes. Currently, the only way to do this is a series of screenshots, which looks horribly unprofessional. Having the option to include any appointment notes is crucial to this as well as payment information.

  6. If not there should be a way for salons to pull a report for clients birthdays so they can nurture the guest relationship with gift or card to celebrate the guest.

  8. Customer asks: add phone # alongside name

    When you are booking an appointment through the app on your phone and you type in the client name, sometimes 2 or 3 of the same name comes up. Its a crap shoot which is yours. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a phone number listed right next to the name to determine which one is your client. You have to fully book the client before you can see if you picked the correct client. If it is not, the incorrect client just received an email for an appt they did…

  12. i'd like it to be mandatory for clients to need to include their DOB, address, and emergency contact when booking in addition to full name, phone number and email address instead of manually having to add this from my created forms

  20. And give those with manage privilige ability to change single day's booking interval for that day from that view. Trying to cut down steps of when a manger sees that a particular day would benefit from altering this hidden feature that greatly impacts booking, from a dozen clicks of navigation to less and more intuitive.
