Lettering in Black for New Clients so we can greet them! The star is hard to see!

Create a pay period for mulit-tiered commission rates.
I would like to pay our employees more money, for more services completed within a two week payroll period. Example: I pay my employees every two weeks. If, within that two weeks, they make $0-$5,000 they would make a 55% commission pay rate. But, if they make $5,001 or more, they would make a 60% commission pay rate. I would need this tier to "reset" every two weeks after I complete payroll. So, there should be a way to input a "pay period" within the multi-tiered commission pay rates. Thank you.

Number of total appointments
It would be helpful on the calendar tab, just to the right of the date to have number of appointments (total) for the day.

Priority on waitlist entries
We use the waiting list a great deal, so it would be a tremendous help if we could put a PRIORITY OR SOMETHING NEXT TO PARTICULAR CLIENTS SO WE KNOW REGARDLESS OF WHEN ADDED TO CALL THEM 1ST

voids should not show up as refunds in reports
it's confusing and inaccurate - voiding when you create a replacement order should ot be considered a refund

Add a "Book Appointent" button on clients profile
If a client has an appointment booked, the "schedule and appointment" button goes away. This button should remain there no matter if they have an appointment scheduled.

Assign Specials to Specific Days only
It helps with marketing - being able to have specials for a company on slower days brings in more business. This is a common practice of businesses, so it would be great to have the support to be able to utilize this.

Allow voiding of non-credit card transaction beyond 24 hours
We have had several instances of accidents involving transactions being accidentally charged to cash or other instead of gift cards or credit cards. Sometimes it is more than 24 hours before we find the error, and then it is hard to correct the mistake (recreating appointments, etc..) It would be handy to have the void option for longer on the transactions that don't need the processing that credit cards do.
