  1. Currently taking photos with the ipad available at check in to complete a form is not supported, we'd like this to be implemented to allow clients to fully complete their form at check in.

  2. It would be amazing to add a tag or something to differentiate between multiple cards on file. In case the client wants one for the membership and the other for retail, gratuity, etc.

  3. Clients that want to bank their money for future services. Do a monthly recurring payment that goes immediately to an account credit instead of a voucher.

  4. When a client has multiple months past due allow options to choose to override or waive months as an exception per client basis. Also when the next charge date is moved in order to process multiple past due months give the option as showing active and not paused.

  5. Currently, if you were to print a chart/form.. it does not print the clients name or any of their information. In order to have this information included, it has to be manually entered. Create a feature that will auto populate information such as name, date of birth, date of service, etc.

  8. A client created a reservation for themselves and a guest but when they had cancelled the reservation on Boulevard it only cancelled the main client and did not cancel their "Guests" reservation. They assumed that both reservations were cancelled so a simple "did you want to cancel this one as well" would have saved us the money and time!

  9. We have the same day confirmation text turned on but i wish there was an option to only send those to unconfirmed clients. right now the only option is on or off.

  14. Instead of having to manually count up hours each day and add them all up the system should count up the hours and give us a total to be able to easily and efficiently do payroll.

  16. Clients often accidentally select today's date in the birthday field in new client forms. having the ability to set some sort of requirement to warn the client or not accept today's date by adding a minimum age or similar guardrail would be helpful.

  17. It would be great if each person had to enter a PIN/Password before they could clock in so that it is strictly that persons timecard they are looking at. On a daily basis someone will accidentally clock someone else in/out while they are trying to clock themselves in/out. Also would be great for tracking attendance and tardiness because the way it is set up now ANY random person can clock someone else in/out and I have personally witnessed a stylist clock in another person who was not actually in the building.

  18. I know there is probably a lot of technicalities to this, so perhaps this is a pipe dream.

    Set up; target for what % utilization is acceptable, if less than a set %, reduce hours to a threshold, if more than a set %, increase hours to a threshold. Set minimum hours and maximum hours per day (business choice and also remind to comply with labor laws).

    Also 24 hours notice prior, your shift on Friday is set to start at 10a instead of 9a due to no appointment scheduled by the deadline.

    End of day automations; if no appointments…
