  2. Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

  5. When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.

  6. My client was trying to add a haircut to her existing appointment using her account log in on our website. The system would only allow her to reschedule or cancel. Would be great if they could add or modify services themselves.

  7. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

  12. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

    1. In order to track new vs existing client prebooks, we have to manually count these each day, per technician, and add them up for our weekly reports.Having to manually keep track of these numbers is time-consuming for our front desk staff and we have to account for human error.

    2. Tracking new and existing rebooks separately allows us to better gauge growth. The higher our new client rebook rate is, the faster we grow. It's also an excellent coaching tool. If a technician's new client rebook rate is low, but their existing client rebook rate is good, we can coach them…

  15. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

  16. Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.
