  1. In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

  3. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  4. Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

  5. Forms should be sent in order to the client. In order from client intake form etc. Currently forms are out of order i.e. first from is HIPAA and 4th is intake form. Intake should be #1.

  7. TWO WAY INTERGRATION: I have spend countless time, deleting and re-adding brands, inventory counts off. Etc. One small change and the whole product duplicates down from shopify to BLVD.

    • Feed both ways, clients, ineventory, products.

    • Inventory count always off: If we sell in store the inventory in store sold on BLVD does not feed up to Shopify so then Shopifys inventory is off.

    • We should be able to feed clients up to shopify as well for marketing reasons and keeping clients in the know.

    • I am once again missing products I added in Shopify on BLVD. Im losing productivity, time,…

  9. can you make it so merge client feature still works with phone numbers that have parentheses and dashes so it's easy for all of us to copy and paste from their profiles without having to manually remove them for it to work?

  10. Having multiple inboxes, to categorize into different subjects would be extremely helpful. For example - Membership Inbox - here you can find messages that come from members or people interested in memberships. Having the ability to organize the messages would be great!

  11. I want to look at a client's voucher activity, which includes totals, on a given date. This is for the purposes of auditing a client's account to ensure correct application of vouchers. If there could be some sort of "Voucher History" with totals at the end of each date, that is greatly needed.

  14. Add savings folders. Allow owner to save a percentage of each sale. Example: taxes, paid vacation. Allow for transfers from accounts anytime.

  16. I noticed when clients go to book online they are first asked to pick a professional before picking the day in which they'd like to book. My biggest concern with this is that if a client needs a particular day but their usual tanner isn't scheduled and we do have an alternative tanner for that day, the client will be unaware they can still book that particular day.

  17. Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

  18. My practice is experiencing challenges due to the absence of features allowing zooming and pitching of photos for before-and-after comparisons. Additionally, we encounter difficulties in importing photos from the patient gallery into our charting system because the system simply does not allow it. To address this issue, I've resorted to subscribing to a PICSART account, which appears counterintuitive and costly as I have to pay for a subscription just for photos. These functionalities should ideally be integrated within Boulevard.
