  1. I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

  2. Need a setting other than first appointment so that you can differentiate between an actual new client or the first appointment for a selected form. When new forms are created if using the first appointment option need to have ability to not send to existing clients.

  3. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  4. There are some "Other" payments that should only be applied by a manager, so they should be the only ones to see it in the dropdown menu at checkout.

  7. When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  8. Alle does not always play well with it's flash, rebates and GC's. A patient may not be able to use all at the same time. If a mistake is made, we should be able to make a correction as it is not a merchant charge correction. The need to REFUND the service (ie Botox) to fix this, then the clawback effects commission to the provider, none of this is necessary. we should be able to make a correction to a bill if the error is not on the credit card.

  10. There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.

  11. We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.

    Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

  13. From a mobile device a clients need to have the ability to modify an existing appointment. Currently, the have to delete the appointment then remake a new appointment with changes or addons. it only allows to reschedule or cancel

  16. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  20. When viewing the report details there should be a way to identify those clients that acted on the blast. I do not see a way to verify/see who is responsive. For example: if I am being charged $2 for each responsive person I should be able to see who they are.
