  2. Need to be able to locate specific appointments that were rescheduled on a particular date. Search date and be able to see all appointments that were originally scheduled on that day.

  3. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  10. Please make a way that we can be alerted via the app that we have an unread text messages, so we can respond right away without having to log in. We are unable to respond in a timely fashion because we dont get an alert.

  12. We need to see all appointment adjustments from the appointment details section, such as when the service, service duration, or resource is changed, not only if it was rescheduled.

    (EX. Jane Doe changed the service from ABC to XYZ, or Jane Doe shortened the appointment from 1 hour to 45 minutes)

  13. We are having issues where our clients are filling their forms out and the providers are coming to grab them because they have receive the check in alert. It would be nice if it didn't alert them until after they have completed their form so they client isn't feeling rushed by the provider coming in to grab them.

  16. I realize there is a cancellation button. It would be great if the calendar marked when there used to be an appointment there and notes when it was canceled, if it was rescheduled, etc. Right now it just shows as an empty spot on the calendar as if there wasn't an appointment there originally. You then have to track down who the appointment was originally for.

    Also, it would be nice if it flagged people that canceled inside/outside of your cancellation policy. Right now someone can cancel with less than 24 hours and we wouldn't know. Thanks!

  18. Stylists should be able to view all client information without being able to edit. Right now the only option to give employees access to phone numbers/emails is to also give access to edit.

  19. Currently, membership statuses only reflect a single state at a time. This limits visibility into important membership history and lifecycle changes. For example, if a membership is in a past due state and the customer then cancels, the system only shows cancelled, which removes critical context.

    Ask is to see an enhancement that allows multiple statuses to be displayed simultaneously or in sequence such as showing both past due and cancelled status within the membership.
