At checkout on DUO- please make "add tip on card" section for assistants editable

If a client clicks on " add tip on card" on the DUO for an assistant, and then opts to use cash instead, there is no way of completing the transaction. We currently have you close the transaction window in boulevard, and close and reopen the app to refresh the ticket. There has to be an easier way. Would it be possible to add a back button to be able to void the tip on card selection on the custom gratuity page? Thanks

    We've had this issue as well with other items! Would love to be able to go "back" and pull the ipad out of its screen from our end. Currently all the buttons just go grey so we have to walk around and close the transaction from the client side and start again.
