Ability to collect a deposit payment for service. Upon cancellation, this deposit will no longer be available to use as a payment type.

Allow clients to enter their credit card information to hold an appointment within the client portal. WITHOUT online booking enabled. Clients will feel more comfortable giving this information to hold their appointment rather than reading the numbers over the phone. (we are not comfortable with online booking yet)

Clients can book several services in a single appointment. Individually, they're less time and cost less, but when stacked together they're obviously more valuable and would be great to be able to collect a deposit once the appointment total reaches a minimum of $100 or 1 hour.

I need to be able to charge 1 booking fee for all my appointments not a percentage based off price of service. Please make this an option. A simple toggle switch to be able to do dollar amount or percentage is all I need.

Hope this happens soon. I came from Vagaro to BLVD, in Vagaro I was able to make an intake form and drop a CC secure link in it. Currently transferring all clients over and it's been a headache to get new cc on file. Was hard enough the first time. This feature would make all our lives easier and clients feel more secure. PLEASE

We need the ability to take Internal Deposits. We take deposits on all services, not just online services. This should be assignable within the service set up so that it automates the appointment booking process for our front desk. Having to create a sale for an account credit and having the staff manually calculate the deposit amount leaves too much room for human error and takes up more time. We want our booking and checkout process to be seamless and this is a standard feature with most other booking platforms. I am shocked this is not an available feature.

Deposits being one order and the service being on another makes it look like the client has paid for more orders than they actually have. Can these be combined on to a single order to prevent confusion?

Would definitely appreciate an automated option to charge tiered thresholds of deposits based on historical logic.
If client has no showed 0 times; default deposit of service(s) assessed.
If client has no showed 1 times; halfway between default deposit and 100% deposit assessed.
If client has no showed 2+ times; 100% of service(s) assessed as deposit.
If client has no showed 5+ times; 100% of service(s) assessed as deposit, additional 20% as pre-tip assessed as well. -

Right now deposits can only be set up on a service provider basis. It'd be great if we could set some sort of accommodation in the client profile that requires them to put a deposit down for their services. This could help curb repeated no show or late clients.

Some of our services are $0 and the price is dependent on how much product is used. I'd like to be able to charge a flat rate and take that amount off the final total.

Not all treatments have a $ value. But this is still time taken out of providers schedule. A deposit should have both % and $ amount options. This is beneficial for medical spa industries.

We rely heavily on memberships here and it can be hard to differentiate credit in the dashboard - it'd be great if deposits and prepaid services could be added in a different way to the dashboard than account credit to ensure the account credit isn't being misapplied.
