More Granular Privilege Groups for Business and Location settings
More refined permissions, beyond the current "Manage Business" or "Manage Location" tabs access level. They need the ability to grant permissions for specific tasks within this tab. For example, a business may want to permit a team member to manage inventory levels but restrict access to product creation, employee management, or other sensitive areas.
This granular control would enable businesses to delegate responsibilities accurately while safeguarding critical operational aspects.

Providing access for viewing (reports, services) should be separate from editing, downloading. Similar to how there are separate selections for viewing or editing sales, products, appointments etc.

I would like to allow front desk to access purchase orders and suppliers to help with inventory management. It would be helpful to allow individual access to settings under manage and the gear icon without opening all settings.

Right now when you turn on access to either of those tabs, the staff gets access to everything within. We need more customizations for these tabs as sometimes we want to give partial access but not all.

The business would like the ability to have some of the settings under Business Settings to be assessable without giving all access. They would like to be able to pick and choose what each staff member can or can not do.

This account is looking to have the ability to assign what their team can see within the Manage Location tab. He requested that Front Desk Privilege should have access to everything within the Manage Location tab, except Marketing, Billing and Security.

For example I feel these that are currently in "Manage " should be in the Business settings (higher level):
Billing
Details
SecurityAnd these should be in "Manage" instead of business settings:
Memberships
Payment Processing
Product Categories
Promotions
Referral Sources
Resource Categories
TagsAlso further disambiguation should be applies to some of them that serve two purposes differentiating between what is a single site's settings versus universal across the business brand.
Manage:
Details: should be listed as "Location Details"Business Settings:
Gratuity settings should be able to be set per location rather than universal
Online booking Scheduling Rules would benefit from individual location settings rather than universal
Payment processing needs a way to "go back" once inside one location instead of using browser navigation
Promotions should have single site functionality versus allSuggestion for Tags:

Front Desk shouldn't have access to ANY numbers, but if we give them Manage Location Access they can view Staff Profiles and see Commission Rates so we have to remove that access.
This then means they are unable to print staff schedules which is part of their job. Also want them to be able to manage inventory.
