Contact center in the app
Using my phone all the time, would be amazing to have contact center messaging in the mobile app

Adding an SMS section of the Blvd app in order to get notified when clients text.

As the owner, I text clients or even potential new staff members from my phone all of the time with our current system (I just switched to Blvd). It's very important to be able to see and respond and send text messages in the app.

Phorest has this. The chat feature allowed stylists to communicate with their guests without having to share their own phone number. It also was visible to everyone, so there's no concern for any unprofessional conduct. It seems to me the stylist can't even see the guest's number, just has the ability to message them. It's also critical to be able to see messages that come through canceling an appt on a day we're not in salon. It's very frustrating to see a message on Tues when we get in that was sent on Sunday canceling a Tues appt. They have obliged to our cancelation policy, but we don't get the message in time.

I know the the Messages is getting a much needed overhaul (thank you). We really need to be able to see/respond to these messages via the mobile app. Thank you.

Be able to send/receive texts within the app! And also to be able to dictate which groups have access to texting within the app. This is imperative to our business!

It would much more valuable to be able to view and respond to client text messages from the professional app. This is ideal for providers who need to respond directly to their patients/clients on the go and between services.

This is so important! I agree - some sort of notification when someone texts the business!

Ability to send messages through the Professional App that won't be sent from their personal phone number.

We really need a way to be alerted of new text messages from the BLVD app on our phones. By not allowing us to see or be alerted of new messages, it really cripples the text message functionality.

What good is texting only from a desk top Monday-Saturday? Make messaging live time, true SMS messaging so we can reply in a timely manner! Let us answer questions and book appointments from our phones! All the other booking platforms have this feature. Live time, true SMS Messaging for the masses!

This would be a game changer for our practice. We use Google Voice for texting with our patients in the office and frequently while out of the office. We would much rather consolidate our communications on the mobile end with Contact Center integrated in the mobile app. Thank you.

But not having it come from your cell phone number and instead from the salon number

Integrate texting to the mobile app so you can text the clients during closed hours.
Make it true sms from the same number. -

Make the messaging feature available in the app. I am the admin and would like to reply to messages that come in after hours and over the weekend. It would be very helpful to reply to from my phone and on the go. We used booker and the messaging app was integrated with Booker and would send notifications when clients were messaging in live time. We like to be available the client all the time. The BLVD messaging also needs saved replies so we can reuse information that we use frequently. the BLVD texting needs to be robust and LIVE TIME and 2 way.

It would be amazing if we could text the client through the app and not have our personal number go through. Somehow make it go through the business line

For example, if I were texting with a client on Boulevard on the desktop at my medical office, and then left the office, it would be great if I could still access those past texts/be able to continue those past texts from the Boulevard desktop on my Boulevard mobile app.
