    This is extremely critical for business owners and service providers to have. Lacking this feature us a huge setback for BLVD.

    Our service providers should get a SMS or email notification that an appointment is rescheduled.

12. On text notification, have the office number written so they can call easily to reschedule as we cannot have online booking.
