View an audit log of user actions
It would be great for coaching and teaching opportunities for BLVD to time stamp user actions such as processing payments, refunds, bookings, canceling, etc. If an error is made we cannot look back to see who made the mistake and course-correct

Have there been any updates to this topic? Please consider that you're playing in the Med-Spa space now that these logs are critical to our operations. We are a busy practice and not having these time stamps is a gigantic pain-point for us.

Have activity logs in the dashboard that admins can review

Ideally, this would show exactly what was changed, when the change was made, and who made the change.

I want to thumbs up this 100x. It's killing us not having these timestamps of changes. I keep having to waste time bothering support to dig into issues. Both fo our other platforms had timestamps of every single change made, etc to appointments. I NEED this for so many facets of operating that it's really becoming an operational issue on our end. please make this happen asap!

I need all logs of appointments. I'm dying without this. I keep asking for timestamps of any and all changes. It's hard to have no accountability for my desk staff as well as the clients, especially with disputes for no shows, etc.

The business would like to see a time stamp within the edit appointment view when changes are made to the appointment such as staff change, service change or time change.

Would love to see an admin report for a daily summary of ALL appointment activity: EX - new appointments booked and rescheduled. I can look at the cancellation report for cancelled appointments, but it would be great to see which days are more active for general bookings & who is moving around on the schedule.

If account credits or charges & payments are done on any client account, there should be a point of reference for owners/managers to see who performed the action. It's actually a very basic tool on most EMR programs I've worked with.

Create more detailed appointment change history, showing if the appointment was moved to another service provider or if a second service was added after the initial service was booked.
Also, displaying a warning message if the updated appointment is going to overlap with another appointment.

Log that shows appointment history such as if a service provider is changed or the service is changed.

Admin/account owners need to be able to see a history of login history and login activity on all Boulevard accounts under our business.

Employee ID for transactions so that we can #1 require an employee to login with their specific ID to complete a transaction #2 It allows for easier tracking of a specific employees transaction activities during transactions such as how many/much discounts were given during a specified time period.

When creating and appointment it shows the staff who booked it but if it is moved or altered the record is lost and it only shows the staff who adjusted it. Makes it hard to keep track of when/how appointments get edited/revised. Please show a report of who created the reservation, who edited, who removed it/what service has been removed, etc.
