Custom appointment confirmations & reminders
In the dashboard, we would like custom fields to add custom copy for text messages and emails and select which method of communication we prefer for reminders and confirmations.
For example, most of our clients utilize SMS vs. emails and we would like to have the option to turn off email communication and utilize only text. In the Manage Business section, we would like to add a Client Communication section so we can have more options for communication. The options should be for both separately ie.
Appointment Confirmations:
- Text Messages
- Emails
- Both
Appointment Reminders:
- Text Messages
- Emails
- Both
Reminder frequency could also be listed here for when the client should be receiving the confirmation or reminder(s).
Boulevard's automated confirmation and reminders SMS are able to be customized with additional verbiage, links to forms and appointment details, and cancellation policy. Locations are able to select whether they'd like opted-in clients to receive notifications via sms.

Allowing the email entry to be bypassed by the client or even a staff member on the duo check in app would help reduce slow-down and congestion at the desk. Most clients would prefer sms notification be the priority form of notification over email.

We need to add a note when they get their confirmation email with services that prices are subject to change or that prices are start at prices. Example- Color correction starts at $250 but when they come in it turns out its going to be $350 they try to hold us to the email even though our policy clearly says starts at we would like to add something to the email reminding them of that. OR just confirm their services but remove prices.

To remind them of cancellation policy, that theres parking in the rear, and to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment. Honestly to customize the reminder to whatever we see fit.

Be able to have a text sent to clients day before appointment as well as day of the appointment about an hour before.

We have a bulleted list of items that we need to include in our appointment confirmation email, but the body of the email displays it as a run-on paragraph - very hard to read for clients!

The customized reminder delivery times still limits to 2 reminders total. Our patients require more reminders since they often prebook their appointments out months in advanced.

We have a 48 hour cancellation or reschedule fee so with clients being reminded about their appointments inside of that window it has caused hassles

We should be able to customize the amount of time before a booking for SMS and email reminders. 48 hours, the current setting, is too far in advance

We would appreciate being able to customize the language, timing, and layout of the reminder emails and texts. We call our clients 2 days out before their appointment, so getting an email and text all on the same day is a little overboard and redundant. We would much prefer to beable to set when these go out ourselves. Like: email 7 days out, text 3 days out, then we can call 2 days out. We can't call they day before because at that point it's already far too close to our 24-hr deadline for appointment changes and cancellations.

Hello, is there a way to change when clients receive their reminder text/emails? Clients are not getting them 48 hours in advance and our cancelation policy is 48 hours. We would like to change the reminder to 3 days before

On both emailed receipts and confirmations, the biz logo is displayed to the left of the page. This biz is looking to have the ability to customize its location or center it to the middle as opposed to where it is now.

To send text reminders to clients as well as multiple reminders for them to confirm their appointment.
If they confirm over email, we would like to have a text reminder sent as well day before or week before if it is far in advance. Clients often confirm appointments and forget date/time or get it wrong. This is crucial to our workplace and how it functions. -
