An error occurred while saving the comment Jason Koob commentedOur receptionist made a mistake yesterday by scheduling an appointment for a client for a day that has already passed. She thought she was on the right day but clearly wasn't. The client came in and was pretty frustrated thinking she booked for the current day and we had to turn her away. I believe this could have been prevented if the system would pop up a message indicating that the time booked is in the past, outside of working hours or the provider isn't scheduled to work that day. All great messages to prevent booking incorrectly. Hopefully you can help with this in the future. Thanks
To help cut down on no shows or last second cancellations we would love the ability to add one more SMS text reminder to the current ones available. A lot of people need that last minute reminder (I'm guilty of this as well) to say something like ..... Don't forget, your appointment at (company) is at (Time) Can't wait to see you! Or something to that regard. I believe this last ditch reminder effort would go a long way on cutting down on no shows plainly because people forget they had an appointment often.
