  1. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  3. Please add: discount codes 1 per year. This will allow us to move toward automation without you building a fully automated system. Example birthday discount, xmas discount....

    We also really need a way see which ones are expired. It is very hard to track and very hard to tell by looking.

    Please also have a not stackable toggle...I would love to auto apply some so that people actually know there there...but currently cannot. When you turn on auto apply it also should not discount already booked appointments. The calendar is not set up that way, the discounts should not be…

  6. Downloading the sales summary report results in different numbers of rows and different orders for the rows (I am not sure what logic sorts them, I haven't figured it out)

    It would be useful for them to stay in the same order for every download. I understand that payment methods may need to move around as new payment methods can be added, but keeping the same basic order would be great!

  8. Having a combined report that is a more detailed sales report that includes a variety of report categories. It specifically includes the following:

    Sales Summary - shows all your sales for services, classes, packages, products, gift certificates, memberships

    Payment Distribution shows all the payment types you've processed in the software. You can specifically see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions, and other types of payments.

    Product sales - shows all your sales for each product

    Service and Class sales - shows all your sales for each service and class

    Employee sales - shows all your sales for each…

  9. For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

  10. Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.

  11. The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.

    Examples:
    1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
    2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
    3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.

  15. Vouchers should not be listed as a product and be included in the report
    I would under stand if it was under memeberships but the whole set up is not ideal for business

  16. Add a service count indicator on the appointment details that shows how many times the customer has done that service in the past. For example, if the customer has already completed 4 60min massage appointments, the schedule would have an indicator (when you click to see details) that shows they've completed 4 previously so we know it is their 5th.

    This would help provide better conversations with clients, and better staff awareness when a client is completing series of scheduled/prescribed treatments.

  20. The app (iOS) recently started showing staff not scheduled to work but with timeblocks in their schedule when set to the "is working" filter. This is not the same behavior as the dashboard view. It is confusing to show staff that do not have open schedules and kind of misses the point of "is working" if they aren't scheduled to work.

    We often have lunch breaks blocked on every day even if someone doesn't work. This ends up having them show up on the schedule even if they aren't working.
