Ability to create filters for audience that uses data on deactivated employees. This is crucial to market to the clients of terminations.
Our SOP used to be to target special incentives or routing clients to new staff of the departed team member by emailing or texting them the offer or to ask them to give us a call so we can warm hand them to who we hope will take care of them going forward. In order to do this we want to create filters of Provider=Deactivated Staff, Last APPT=>30 days, Next APPT=0.

customize cancellation message
Would love to customize the message that goes out to the client when they cancel the appointment. We would like it to match our own brand better and to provide more instruction of what steps they can take next

I need a cancellation for a period of time. Selected dates I can review all the cancellations for rescheduling.
A complete detailed cancellation list for a period of time. For Instance- wanting to send out a text blast to recent guests who have cancelled and not rescheduled yet.

Show commission breakdown for service providers
Need the option on the backend/accounting settings where employers can input commission % on/for each products/services/etc. so the service providers are able to see what they are actually getting paid for, for each item on a sales ticket individually.

swipe to save card
In 2024 the tap to save a credit card option should be a given. Having to hook up a USB swiper is both cumbersome and not secure. This should definitely be an option with Duo integration.

add a chart without attaching it to a service
Would be amazing for the provider to add a chart on the client profile without it having to be attached to a service. Sometimes we do follow-up calls on patients (way after their appointment) and want to be able to use the chart we created for it instead of just showing it in the "client notes"which can be difficult to keep track of, and no way to filter out

Patient Average Visit Value
Can average visit value pull from products? We are an injectable practice. It would be great if products were reflected in the patient chart for Appts, revisits and Average Visit Value. It looks like this is only set for services. Thank you

Add an option to charge for pausing memberships
Rather than pausing the membership and charging nothing, it would be great to be able to put the membership on pause while still charging something (like $10) to make sure card is still active and in lieu of charging a cancellation/reactivation fee

add some marketing integration options
There is a lot to be desired in the marketing suite and it is expensive for higher volumes of emails. What I spend for a ONE TIME blast I could put towards an entire different program that includes texting and unlimited emails. I need to be able to have all my contacts uploaded to a marketing program that also houses contacts from our website and other forms that may not be from BLVD.

Do NOT allow extras without confirming
Businesses should be asked before being charged for additional services.
I.E. (you have used your allotted emails for this month, would you like to upgrade your subscription ?)
Boulevard makes it to easy, to make a mistake.

Merge staff profile
A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.

Sync BLVD Product Adds to Shopify
MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

Placing a transaction on hold
Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

Membership Transfer Fee
Barefoot Bliss would like the ability to charge a membership transfer fee for clients that want to share a voucher or credit with someone else. They don't want the membership to be inherently sharable, but as a one-off, if a client wants to transfer a credit, they want to charge a fee to do so.

Create a way to connect important information to each soap note.
For example.. Patient diagnosis.
This would keep the provider from having to retype information that could already be pre-populated to save time.
