  1. At current, if there are long names or long service names for services below 30 min duration there is complete cut off or bleeding of text beyond appt tile.

    Ideas include:
    First name, last name reduced to initial, service name truncation (perhaps removal of vowels?)

    CSS to make those appts with too much text be animation where the entirety of the names and service name scroll left to right so that all text is shown every 10 seconds or so (or some time equation directly proportional to number of characters).

  3. for patient portal messages, it would be nice if the conversation crossed over from location to location if its under a specific patients name. Currently you can message from one portal, go to another location and pull up the clients name and there is no record of a conversation.

    also, would be ice if the messages were logged with the users name along with the date and time stamp. That way its easier to follow which staff member is communicating with the patient.

  4. Include a filter to allow adding products by brand.

    Also Some form of bulk selection of products would be super handy rather than searching and inserting each product individually. We often end up manually adding discounts per a sticky note at the desk because adding items to an automatic offer is too cumbersome when it is a large selection of items.

  6. There are some things that are listed in alphabetical order but also a lot that aren't, this inconsistency seems like a design flaw. Some of the things that are NOT listed alphabetically are:
    - Privilege Group dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Staff Role dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Assigned Locations dropdown when assigning it to individual employees
    - Product category list when creating a new sku

    There may be more but those are the most common ones that I see

  7. A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

  8. Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
    1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)
    and also
    2- Uploaded photos on profiles should auto populate instead of having to click

  9. The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.

  10. When adding a client tag in the account screen you sometimes have to scroll down to see the button to add the tag. It would be nice if this was just below the contact information so scrolling wasn't necessary. A quality of life improvement.

  11. When checking guests in on the calendar screen, it is easy to mistakenly only mark them as confirmed if they aren't already. There should be two separate buttons for marking them as confirmed and marking them as arrived.

  12. Can we manually send confirmation/cancellation TEXTS? We've found most people don't check their email very often and believe they haven't received a confirmation if it is not via text.

  13. Need a way to get a list of these accommodations, filter if the accommodation is by price, duration, etc so that businesses can identify weaknesses or bottlenecks and either micromanage service providers to correct it or delete the inefficiencies. At current I believe there is no way to find these issues that potentially cost businesses time and money :P

  14. I wish there was an option to automatically add additional time for new guest bookings with specific service providers or services. For example we have a Stylist that needs 30 extra minutes with all new guests and then we have a Colorist that needs 1hr extra with all new guests. Right now my front desk team have to mentally remember this for these service providers.

  15. When creating a new form, I would like to be able for a client to chose yes or no and then create a line that says "If yes, when?" that a client can also fill in. Instead of having to create a new text box for it.

  17. Privilege groups should include a separate functionality of appointment cancellations. Only authorized staff should cancel appointments.

    We don't want our staff the ability to cancel any appointments, all cancellations should be reviewed by our manager. Some salons have a history of staff taking cash from customers, but then turn around and cancel the appointment to show that the customer never arrived, thus pocketing the full service sale for herself.

  18. We can click on the phone symbol (where incoming calls appear) and see a dropdown of any calls you may have missed. You can pull up the clients account ahead of time and speed scheduling time.

  19. Although this isn't ideal, it happens from time to time that an appt is adjusted back and forth between two differences of opinion. The most common battle is two modes; more revenue/clients vs more time with the client/less revenue. It would be nice if there was a way of excluding future revisions to the appt without manager or admin access.

  20. Please add the ability to map payment processor deposits to more than one bank account. I have two Boulevard locations and each location's sales deposit to individual bank accounts. In the Boulevard <> QBO integration, I only have the option to map all payment processor (and cash payments) to a single QBO account. I have had to create a new, separate, clearing account in my QBO file where Boulevard can record credit card deposits for both of my locations, which now requires me to record those credit card bank deposits to that clearing account to offset the balance, rather than…
