  5. I find that when potential/existing clients see this they believe either that there are absolutely no appts available that day or believe that the requested staff is fully booked on a day they are not even scheduled.

    It would be better to let them know that there are other service providers available on that date to attempt to retain the potential booking and not be worded so absolute that there is no hope to get an appointment on the selected date.

    Additionally the flow implicitly causes the client to assume that the service provider was or is fully booked on…

  6. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

  9. I'm all for paying for the marketing expenses, and love the idea of the marketing suite. However, I believe the billing system is unfair. It's set at $2 for each email SENT.

    At one point, two of my daughters and my sister received services. I only levied a $30 product fee on my sister, and I didn't charge my daughters. However, I was billed for marketing emails sent to them, even though they never opened or read the emails.

    I only know this because I was curious of the marketing metrics and had to reach out to Boulevard to obtain…

  12. when two appts are merged and one persona pays, the history of that transaction does not go onto both accounts. we have some clients with missing transactions and it is because its on the other persons account. This is not a good scenario

  14. Highlight Employee Vacation on Schedule.

    I need the ability to mark what days employees have requested off on the schedule so I know I have approved their time off. In addition it would be great to have sick days or holidays. Color-coding would be ideal for each indication so that when I look at the schedule, I know where everyone was that day.

  15. On the daily schedule, if a client is doing a bunch of things, combine the all the separate services together... make it one big box with a list of services instead of a bunch of little ones. Especially if it's the SAME TYPE SERVICE.

  16. Please make adding a new product more streamlined to do everything on the first screen. Our inventory has been wrong due to "quantities desired in stock" being a sepate screen with no prompting to adjust. It automatically sets it as 0 so when we run out of the new product, it doesn't show up as "out of or low stock"!

  18. All packages need to show up at checkout. For ex, if a client has a gorgeous glow package, but wants a rapid, the gorgeous glow doesn't show up. It would be helpful to see all packages.

  20. It would be awesome if we could toggle the gratuity collection for each individual service/transaction before checkout as opposed to it being permanently on or off for all transactions. This would be helpful since not all of our services typically require gratuity and only certain services we would ask for it. That way we would not have to toggle it on or off through the management settings everytime we wanted to request for gratuity. It is very off-putting to our clients when prompted for gratuity on services that don't require them.
