  2. Leviticus would like a way to update product pricing from the purchase order screen. For example, when you make an order we're waiting on and it arrives and the price has gone up, I would love if changing the unit price could update the product price.

  3. Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.
    It is very frustrating to spend so much time on creating a new template and then find that i can not save it.

  6. Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.

  7. Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Also on the backend, it would be nice to see when we refunded the membership in the membership…

  8. I'm in the process of downsizing our retail based on how many of each product is sold at which location. We already don't sell specific things at different locations, but it's hard to remember these without switching locations each time to check. I would love to be able to:
    - go to the gear icon, then 'products'
    - select a product to edit
    - view in the editing panel which location has this product activated, and how many are currently in stock
    - a bonus would be to see how many minimums that location also keeps on hand!

  9. Similar to client tags, being able to tag staff members and filter the calendar by those tags.

  12. Allow Zapier texting capabilities. Due to BLVD reviews not being posted to Google, we need a way to send a review request that actually posts to a public platform. Zapier can help us do that but does not have texting capabilities with BLVD.

  13. We release packages every year, before we had the new package system, we had to make a new service and now we are trying to clean out our services and can't remember which is current and notice we linked wrong ones
    also to see when package should be inactive on our side without having to go to client list or client history

  14. If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

  18. I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.

    Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.
