  1. It would be great if you could hover your mouse over each employee icon it would show the services they do or offer when in the Calendar view. This would allow easy access when scheduling to know who can and can't do certain services. This would be especially helpful when someone is new to the system it displays everything they need to schedule appointments smoothly.

  3. A search bar for the Suppliers section would allow quick and easy access to Supplier information, especially for businesses who have high eCommerce / retail volume.

    Other businesses may choose to use this section as an 'address book' / rolodex for storing other partner information who may not explicitly be retail-related.

  4. Create an auto-apply rule or toggle option that can be 1 click to apply to all offers. For example, offer codes should not be applied to anything in the Add on category. Once we update that in 1 offer, we'd like to be able to apply to all other offers in 1 click

When a client is booking their appointment online, they can add products in their appointments (this can help the client remember what they need and see new products, also help the front desk know that the client needs these products at their appointment... and we can place an order if we are low)

  6. When a stylist needs to take a period of time off, we want to be able to block online booking but still be able to book internally. If we turn off online booking currently then clients are unable to book for a future date.

  7. Occassionally manufacturers will alter or update an items barcode for their own reasons. Businesses are placed in a strange situation where although the product is largely the same (size, color, volume, formula) but the packaging has been altered so that the barcode is different or the name of the product is slightly different.

    Remaining stock needs scannability with the old barcode, but new stock needs the new barcode. Having the ability to have both scans register as the same product would make the transition seamless for staff requiring only input of this into the product details if it were possible.

  8. I have another service that is a text svc (numa) that you can connect to the Google chat. I am sure you could do the same to blvd. It would be great to have those folks under one hub. We currently have the google chat turned off as it is just one more thing to monitor, but if it went directly to our dash that would be fantastic.

  9. We have some SKUs and also some offer codes that we only want managers or our CX team using but there's no way to protect that in the dashboard. Right now, we will put "Managers Only" or "CX Only" in the name of a product or offer code but that can be a weird experience for clients and also makes it hard to enforce that only certain employees should be using them. It would be really nice when creating products and offer codes to be able to select which privilege groups can access them

  10. For example I require a consultation for new clients. I dont want new clients to be able to book just any service, however I do want existing clients to have the ability to book online but I want everything conveniently bookable online. I started with only having initial consultations bookable online but since there is no way to separate the services that left current clients with no way to book online.   14. We offer an array of add-on options, including multiple haircut and treatment choices. To enhance our online booking experience and make it more client-friendly, we'd love to organize these add-ons into sub-categories. This way, instead of a lengthy list of options, clients can easily navigate and select their preferences. Example as follows:

    - Haircut B

  16. Being able to toggle off Apps & Integrations setup for users would be great. We had a recent issue where a staff member created a Zapier integration sending client information to a Google Drive. Please have the ability to disable Apps & Integrations for specific users.

  17. The Blue "update available" bar is super helpful to let us know when new features are available, or to make sure we are using the latest data.

    Unfortunately it covers some of the needed navigation features in the form builder.

    Could the bar be made to come in above the normal screen (pushing everything down) instead of over top of it? That way the navigation features are available to ensure our forms are properly saved before refreshing the page.

  20. If a client has a recurring monthly membership charge it would be nice if they got a reminder text after a certain number of vouchers accumulate in their account. Once they have four or five it becomes hard to catch up and use them all.
