  1. Google Analytics or Boulevard Report tracking to track clients who create a cart in the booking widget and don't complete the following steps. Having the ability to see what the exact drop-off points are would be most helpful for understanding where opportunities for improvement exist.

  2. When a client pays for a membership with another payment method besides a debit or credit card, it would be nice to have a prompt appear to collect a card on file and record the client consenting to storing the card for the membership's renewals in the future.

  3. As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.

  4. I want to have images next to the services added to the menu so clients are more enticed to book. Booking sites like vagaro does this and they don’t even charge as much as boulevard

  6. Some employees want to be able to adjust their schedule hours via app, but are not able to do so via app, it would be much easier if it was possible to adjust location hours via app

  7. When splitting payments, particularly when using the "Other" payment option, it would be helpful if the system only displayed the amount currently being charged to the card at the time of client approval, rather than the full original total.

    Currently, when discounts or alternate payments are entered under "Other," the original total still appears upfront. This often confuses patients, as they don’t immediately see the applied discounts or partial payments, leading to concerns and requiring additional explanation.

    It would improve the client experience if the interface reflected only the actual amount being charged at each step, with the full breakdown…

  9. We should have an internal change log to show who and when service details have been updated. Sometimes our service details revert and change and our team is unable to tell who's updated what and when.

  10. Some stylist are still training and not the most appropriate to place with brand new clients who have never visited the salon before...or they're inappropriate to book with until a client has been at the salon at least 2x or more

  11. To have the ability to have charts grouped together by services. When you have a client that gets multiple services having to go back through charts to see what you did last is very difficult.

  12. dont want to pay all the credit card fees and taxes from my portion of the commision split. with square i was able to calculate stylists commission after the fees are taken out

  13. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Please allow us to see the credit card that was used when a membership was active. Once a membership is in "cancelled" status, you can no longer see what card was used to bill this each month. Sometimes people are just signing up for a different membership or they cancelled for a month r two. When we go in to sign them back up we can see what card was used in the past.

We manually create our own google review request each day (because the review request on boulevard makes it more difficult for us to attain google reviews) but we have to create a new audience every day because there is currently not a filter that shows clients who had appointments today - can we add that as a filter?

  17. We have clients who come weekly for weight loss injections as part of a membership program. We need to renew every 28 days, not "monthly on the start date". Due to calendar cycles, this is causing a lapse in coverage. Would it be possible to add this option to the renewal period?

  18. I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create a custom referral link instead of only using the referral form for the $1000 credit.
    I’d love to feature Boulevard on my website as part of my favorite resources and offer referrals directly through a link.
    A lot of people admire our setup, and it would be much easier to refer them if I could simply share a unique link rather than have every referral go through me manually.
    Is there a way to generate a personal referral link, or could this be something you enable? It would make referring Boulevard…

  20. Enable business usage as a payment type so that we can 1) pull product from inventory, and 2) calculate sales tax owed on products used. This would be applicable for supplements, back bar skincare items, etc. so that use tax can be calculated automatically without inflating sales numbers.
