confirmed v. request pending
when a client books the confirmation screen should just say "confirmed" rather than "request pending" everyday we have clients calling us to see if their appointment has been confirmed.

Have a place to put a message at the front of the booking widget.
Be able to customize a message to clients about booking. In my case, I would like to tell clients to please carefully read descriptions.

Reopening an invoice
The ability to re-open an invoice so we don't have to void orders. This skews our patient visit numbers for providers when having to duplicate appointments

Create a report that allows for mapping when setting up the system
Create an internal report that allows services and addons to be seen for mapping. Also, create a similar report for charts and forms to show what services they have been attached too. Currently both processes are done 1 by 1 which is both massively inefficient and time consuming. Not user friendly by any means.

Better Control Over Commissions
I would like to be able to better control commissions. I would like to be able to apply commission to certain products, in this instance skincare products. When you select Product Commissions is applies to all products.

Allow offer codes to apply to products attached to services. Also allow offer codes to apply to multiple amounts of the same product.
i.e. if someone buys two syringes of Restylane (product) thats attached to the "filler" service, the offer code applies to each syringe. right now, the code only applies to one syringe and the second syringe is not discounted.

directly email ratings to each employee
send rating reviews to each employee with easy email click button- like we can do with other reports. Filter and send out rather than having to export to Excel.

CREATE A FEATURE THAT SHOWS ON THE CALENDAR IF A CLIENT HAS FILLED THEIR FORMS OUT MAYBE TURN THEIR APPOINTMENT YELLOW.

Optimize online booking
When showing a client the available times, is there a way to optimize this for the stylists? Currently, clients are able to book times that are not backed up to other appointments.

Require approval for updating seller on sales
For package sales, there is an "edit" option to assign the sale to the employee who sold the services. Best if we can only edit once (currently you can edit anytime and override the last edit), further changes/editing should require manager's approval. Additional edits only available under manager/owner's account. This change can improve the accuracy of the reports.

automatically update changes to services
When we go into a stylist's services and change how long or the price of the service it should automatically update services already booked with them. Someone getting a promotion and therefore higher priced services shouldn't be something we have to manually change all pre-booked appointments

iCal syncing: option to sync booked appointments only (and not adding “Blocked Time” to ical
I would like to option of choosing what will sync from Boulevard calendar to iCal. I would like to sync only booked client appointments. I do not need my “blocked time” on boulevard calendar to sync with my personal iCal. For example: if i have a ‘blocked time’ on my boulevard calendar for personal thing, ex: a doctors appointment, i do not need that blocked time to sync on my iCal, as I have already put that appointment on my iCal. It’s making my calendar look very messy. I just want to sync booked client appointments with my iCal.

Turn off staff roles on online booking
It would be great to have to option of turning off staff roles on the online booking site so it is not visible to clients when they book online. We have an internal level system for stylists and it's confusing for clients when we have a range of seven different level stylists with different prices. I would rather have them all just listed as a stylist without it messing up everyone's customized pricing.

Account Credit
Ability to better differentiate account credits. Sometimes employees DO NOT put notes as to what the account credit is for. Sometimes it's botox units. Sometimes it's extra change they didnt want. Or have section just for these two specific things. Vouchers don't always work.

Option for Staff to "not accepting new clients"
I often have staff members including myself, where we want any clients that are currently coming to us to be able to book online, but they don't want new clients that they have never seen before. Either there could be a button where you turn on or off for each staff memeber, or create a way for staff to pick a list of clients they will allow to book online.

Staff Links
Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

Stop showing services that aren't available for a staff member when booking under that staff member
When I click the calendar for a specific staff member, and then search for a service, it pops up services that that staff memeber doesn't offer. If you have already selected a calendar, and then picked a staff member (even if its their calendar we select it still makes you pick the staff memeber) but then it shows EVERY service we offer when searching. We constantly run into staff members booking the wrong services with the wrong time and pricing for them if some services have the same or similar names.
