Ability to generate an abandoned cart email system that can encourage people to come back to schedule if they stop in the booking process

Make a setting in Privilege groups for front desk to access "hardware" without being able to access ALL the settings.
I don't really need all my receptionists being able to access all my settings but they absolutely need to be able to reconnect the tablet and card reader when we have service blips- which can happen. I'm not sure why it's so all or nothing with that setting but it would be helpful to have it be more granular.

Send an automatic email to clients a few weeks before their voucher is set to expire.

Reporting for non taxable product sales
We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

Keep Sales Summary report downloads consistent
Downloading the sales summary report results in different numbers of rows and different orders for the rows (I am not sure what logic sorts them, I haven't figured it out)
It would be useful for them to stay in the same order for every download. I understand that payment methods may need to move around as new payment methods can be added, but keeping the same basic order would be great!

create client profile from messages
When a number isn't in the system under a profile it shows in messages as "unknown". Sometimes we end up creating a profile for the person. It would be super helpful to be able to create a profile right from the messages. As it is, we need to go to the clients tab, create a new client, and then manually copy the phone number from the messages tab (You can't even select to copy and paste the number)

Option to change description in the "Include a Message" field on online booking widget
Give an option to edit the fields in the online booking widget. For example, instead of "Include a Message," our salon would like to have it say "Tell us about your hair goals for this appointment."

ongoing injectable and laser tables in treatment records note
Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

Reschedule report
Need to be able to locate specific appointments that were rescheduled on a particular date. Search date and be able to see all appointments that were originally scheduled on that day.

app for messages
It would be awesome if there was a separate messenger app just for messages. There could be a team group tab where it would be a group message and then you can also text clients (an option to unread messages would be great too!)

Ability to decide if we want to show prices of services during online booking for medspas
It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.
It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.
We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

Schedule initial memebership charge for the future.
When selling a membership, if you select to have the membership start on a future date, have the ability to also have the charge be set up to withdraw on that date instead of the date of the transaction. Ex: sale on 8.1, membership start 8.15, client doesn't get charged till 8.15

email creates duplicate accounts
PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

New client pre-book
In order to track new vs existing client prebooks, we have to manually count these each day, per technician, and add them up for our weekly reports.Having to manually keep track of these numbers is time-consuming for our front desk staff and we have to account for human error.
Tracking new and existing rebooks separately allows us to better gauge growth. The higher our new client rebook rate is, the faster we grow. It's also an excellent coaching tool. If a technician's new client rebook rate is low, but their existing client rebook rate is good, we can coach them…

merge clients doesn't work
Very often when I am merging two client profiles the second profile will not pop up, I am sure I am entering the information correctly.

more streamlined process for shareable membership perks
Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

There needs to be a notification when an appointment is moved from one day/time to another day/time
We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.
