  1. Notes on client profile should show which user left them, so we can reach out to that employee if there is a question about the note, and don't have to rely on them signing their name at the end

  2. I am only accepting Haircut clients at our salon. No NEW color services. Only offering to my already existing color clients.

    So I don't have that service added to my menu. But I would like my existing COLOR clients to book their color service ONLINE without any new clients allowed to book for color service. Only NEW HAIRCUT clients.

  4. If a client checks out and then comes back for a suggested product, it the feature should allow you to open a new sale, enter the client's name, and the product suggested product populate without having to search their profile.

  5. Not sure what would be most helpful,

    But I can only imagine that families that decide to use a single number for their persons causes the same redundancy issues on Blvd's side as it does for salon staff.

    In contact center, it would be helpful if messages received indicated that there were multiple contacts with that number so staff could determine which client or such the message is pertaining to. Possible errors are messages like this: Received from X, "cancel my appt tomorrow and move it to Saturday". Appt is deleted and moved to Saturday. Client X's son Y comes…

  6. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed

  8. I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.

  11. We receive calls weekly from clients confused while booking online if they're going to be charged at booking or after the appointment. When checking out online — looks like you're being charged that total. Google Analytics show that that step is the place where most people walk away.

    There's a VERY small note that states:"Your credit card will be used to hold your appointment time and will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed." but even that is confusing if you're referring to the completion of the booking. Needs to be reworded

  13. When downloading the service commission report and the tips commission report, the dates are all out of order which makes more work as we're exporting and combing these for every staff. Would be much easier if they would just export with the dates in order

  15. I would like to disable the settings gear icon in the reception app to prevent someone from accidentally signing out of the app or changing the settings.

    If I block it with guided access, it then blocks the bottom key [123] on the keyboard so they aren't able to type a phone number in to check in.

    Moving the gear icon to another area of the screen, or moving settings to the settings in control panel would fix this.

If a monthly membership payment doesn't go through Boulevard continues to attempt to charge the client which often results in multiple charges going through at once well past the original month. Since the charge didn't go through in say january, the client didn't receive or use the vouchers and they're no longer needed.

    It would be great if, when the charge doesn't go through after 2-3 attempts, the month would be skipped and not attempted again until the following month at which time it would only try to charge for the current month (not the previous month as time has…

  18. We offer packages for 50 or more wash & blowout services and currently to do so we had to add 30 vouchers of the service and then 20 vouchers of the service. Would prefer to not have a limit and just add all at once

  20. Some places have taxes that require a third decimal (8.375%). When entering this into the dashboard it rounds to 8.38%

    Though it still seems to calculate 8.375% at checkout it would be nice if that was reflected in the dashboard
