  2. In some cases a question is only required based off the answer of a previous question. Would need that when a client chooses "Yes" the next question is required, but if they select "No" the next question can be skipped.

    This is common with "If yes, please explain" or "If yes, on what date?"

  5. I have clients that have tanning packages. I need to be able to see the voucher at check out, instead of having to write it off under "other" then go to to the clients account and look at payment methods.

  10. Requesting to have an additional option on the main page of the booking widget after "individual appointment". The business finds that clients have difficulty finding their packages and memberships under the individual appt drop down. Wondering if there can be a 4th placement specifically for memberships/packages in addition to the individual appt, group appt and gift card option.

  12. ...when clients are moved from service provider to service provider. Also clients should be informed that this is not "paying for the service" and just committing to pay for the service. Too many clients just storm out or are VERY confused why we are stopping them to checkout and they always assume they already paid.

    It would be nice if when service provider is shifted to another, that the original gratuity for whom is preserved and a prompt there, "shifted service from service provider A to B, would you like to move the gratuity accordingly".

    When checking out a client, the front desk can then charge them in one swoop rather than two different transactions.

  15. The shortcut "T" and arrow keys on the calendar view are nice. But it would be amazing to have full keyboard shortcuts that would allow searching clients and booking appointments from the keyboard without having to keep switching to the mouse.

  16. When looking at the closed tickets some of the colors assigned to the staff make it harder to see at a glance what is closed. Darker closed tickets would make it more obvious.

  17. On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.

    If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.

  20. Also there is no viewable log of this nor is there an undo. This action causes staff to accidentally "delete" vouchers leading to issues with no possible way to undo without workaround nor a way to audit the mistake.
    Payment method tab should show "delete" instead of redeem.

    History of client should show history of this type of redemption or delete.

    At current there is no way to see this action.

    Causes salons to essentially rip off service providers without intending to do so.

    Also without it being logged, no way to refer to database to understand when client came…
