  3. Even if a client has vouchers to redeem or has a gift card balance/account balance, our booking widget looks like the client's credit card is being charged because there is a "total amount" and the total is also shown on the "Review Your Booking" page after cc details are entered.

    It appears that the credit card entered was charged with the total amount versus some verbiage stating that their card will only be charged after services are rendered. Clients are contacting us confused as to whether or not their card has been charged.

  4. When a client purchases a membership or package online, they are charged immediately, but there is no way of booking an appointment once the charge is complete.

    The next step would be for the client to "log out" to get back to the location page on the widget which is not intuitive for the client.

When booking a service online that has a required number of add-ons it's easy to overlook the greyed out "Choose at least 1" and if you don't add an option, when you go to add the service nothing happens. There's no alert to let the client know why they're unable to add the service. If a client were to mark an add-on and then unmark, it turns red to alert them they must choose one. Would be great if that happened when they click "Add" so they know why the process isn't moving forward

  19. Also ability to send password reset emails to client if client requests it.
    I can imagine it like this:

    At checkout front desk lets client know they can book their next appointment online. "OH WOW didn't know you can do that"

    Yes Linda, I can send you a welcome email with a link on how to set it up to your email address if you'd like!

    Email sent with Welcome to Blank Salon online booking, thank you for being a valued clients etc etc.... Here's your token to set your account up.
