Instead of clicking on an appointment and then going into edit to adjust a request, it would be cool if there was a little heart icon on the top right corner of the appointment that one could easily click on or off to mark the appointment as a request or to undo a request. Perhaps an outlined heart icon would symbolize that that the appointment is not a request, and it would turn into a filled heart icon if it was clicked to mark it as a requested appointment.

  5. It would make it easier to be able to, on the fly, adjust the service duration of a booked appointment by being able to change the size of the appointment block by clicking and dragging the bottom of the appointment block.

  6. Our business just started using Boulevard and as a receptionist I noticed that the Ipad does not instruct the client when to swipe their cards. It displays a tip and signature screen, then goes back to the welcome screen when my side is asking for a card. Can this be updated to tell the clients when to swipe their cards?

  7. Making a mistake on a repeat timeblock booked weeks out is a disaster. You have to go and individual delete or edit each one.

  8. During covid we have had a lot of instances of needing to maybe close early or schedule lunches for multiple people at the same time. It would be useful to be able to add more than one person while creating a repeating block, instead of having to do it for every stylist.

  14. We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

  20. It seems like a pain that each person has to login/out to clock in/out. Messes with the flow of work. They should still have to enter their password to avoid messing with each others time clock. :)
