  1. There should be a pop up alert for blocked clients that call the salon and try to book over the phone, instead of just disabling the regular booking actions and getting a notification that the service provider does not offer that service. You should not have to go into the client profile to find out that they are blocked. This could cause uncomfortable interactions between the client and support staff.

  2. A report that pulls all the clients that have duplicate accounts so we can easily merge them without having to stumble upon their multiple accounts or search the client list to see duplicates

  3. Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

  4. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  5. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  8. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  9. Have the ability to undo a service check-out. Sometimes clients want to checkout right away and pay or redeem a voucher before they are seen and then for one reason or another the service ends up not being performed. You cant undo the checkout or remove the service from the provider so then commission will be calculated for a service wasn't performed & the appointment will show in the clients history as if they were seen when they weren't. You also cant refund a voucher to return it to a clients account.

  14. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  18. The original messaging system showed more info on the client right off the bat, with fewer steps. Also showed who had looked at the message without having to open the message. Also instead of showing how much time elapsed between messages it showed the time the actual response went through. It was an easier more efficient setting. Please change it back!

  19. Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.

  20. The "new" features released 3/24, all of which should have been included with version 1, are still woefully short of useful. I'm floored by the remedial functional specifications that must have been provided to the developers for this update, they should be capable of more. Does Boulevard even have a team of qualified people to review what the functional spec should include?

    How does this "update" roll out without the functionality of (and combination of) $ dollar amount spent? This is a key metric, is it not?

    Also completely missing the mark is "products purchased", has anyone actually test driven…
