Have the ability to undo a service check-out. Sometimes clients want to checkout right away and pay or redeem a voucher before they are seen and then for one reason or another the service ends up not being performed. You cant undo the checkout or remove the service from the provider so then commission will be calculated for a service wasn't performed & the appointment will show in the clients history as if they were seen when they weren't. You also cant refund a voucher to return it to a clients account.
