  1. When two or more appointments are merged—for example, when one person pays for services or products for multiple clients—all products and packages purchased during that merged appointment are automatically attributed to the paying client’s account.

    It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to assign products and packages to the correct client, even within a merged appointment. This way, each client’s account accurately reflects their individual purchases, package usage, and product history, regardless of who paid.

    This would make tracking product recommendations, package redemptions, and client history much more accurate and reduce confusion at future appointments.

  3. when a client request to change their billing date, the only option is to change the next charge, but then it goes back to the original. currently, the only way to change the billing date is to cancel the membership and set it up again. this consumes too much time and energy, and angers clients.

  4. Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

  5. We used to have the capabilities to click the arrow at the bottom of the page to choose 100 or 200 products per page. I don't want to keep flipping pages to get what I need when we have over 150 products for instance. That would only be two pages to click through.

  7. An owner or admin of the account should have full access to their MR system in voiding credits or changing credits. SO often patients pre pay for syringes of filler and change what filler they want but they cant use their credit appropriately and i cant void their banked units. Or they pre pay for sculptra and choose radiesse etc. We need a way to be able to adjust product units that are banked!

  8. We would like a way to set available booking timing intervals per service.

    This way, we can set intervals a service shows available times. For example, we want service A to be bookable every 30 minutes. Service B should only be bookable every 60 minutes.

    Currently, the intervals would apply to every service. This is not applicable for us.

  10. It would be nice to:

    1.) Text through the Blvd App -- not have to go through the safari or google website to navigate on your phone to message patients back. Only having computer/browser access to text messaging sets so many limitations.
    2.) Be able to schedule messages! For example, I could send a message to "Jane Doe" scheduled for (DATE) and (TIME) in the event that we saw a message late a night and did not want to forget to respond to their messages.
    3.) Allowing all unread messages to stay at the top of the screen

  15. Need to have the option for the Business Service Charge to calculate based on Product Usage Cost. We want to see the cost of the product deduct from the service price and have commission calculate off of that sub-total.

    Example- Botox is $15/unit and want $6.32/unit to be removed and have commission calculate off of that subtotal.

    10 units at $15 = $150.00 minus 10 units at $6.32 = $86.80 (the service subtotal that commission will calculate off of)

  17. Problem: Resource schedule mirrors provider schedule for a service. Patient is using a treatment chair during the entire duration, however provider can see other patients while the first patient is doing an IV treatment. Schedule allows other appointments to be booked for that treatment chair (resource) even though it's "busy".
    Solution: When creating/editing service, have a box to select if resource is "busy" during processing time, even though the provider is not.

  19. currently, you cannot charge a missed appt fee on a free service if you have your MAF set to a percentage. (which we prefer since larger appointment times/services cause more lost productivity when cancelled late/missed. HOWEVER we think it is important to offer free consultations to encourage people to come check us out. Today, though for example, we had a lady book consults on 3 services for an entire hour block...and no showed. We had no way to charge her other than to put a bill on file if she tries to come in again. This just really should be…

  20. Membership changes like day of monthly renewal or changes to type of membership plan should be an edit option rather than having to cancel current membership and then resign patient up for new plan all over again.
