  4. Would be great if the purchase orders retained the suppliers name on the download versus our salon name. (Like what you see in Blvd) We use them to email the order in and having our own name when we download to send doesn't make it easy to decipher what supplier gets which p.o. unless we rename every purchase order.

  5. We have multiple products used with every procedure we perform. We need to be able to keep track of these products accurately. Once a procedure is performed, we should be able to attach as many products as we would like to any given procedure and accurately input what was used during the procedure. Also, there should be alerts attached to the products to inform us when we need to purchase more. This will regulate waste as well as streamline our operations to provide us ease of ordering and receiving. We will even be able to see what we no longer…

  9. Having multiple inboxes, to categorize into different subjects would be extremely helpful. For example - Membership Inbox - here you can find messages that come from members or people interested in memberships. Having the ability to organize the messages would be great!

  10. We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

  11. Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.

    In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

  12. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  17. We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.

  18. The ability to reference which staff member was associated with a transaction and or part of a transaction would be an extremely helpful addition to reporting.

    The end goal would allow us to add the staff member that performed the service or sold the product in which the transaction is being paid for within.

  19. Provide an option for "offers" on gift cards to be activated only when a specific purchase amount is reached in order to receive a discount. For example, during the holiday season, we may offer a promotion where customers buy a $250 gift card for $200. However, online customers may use the discount code for gift cards that are worth less than the required amount.
