  2. It's great that we can now compare photos, but what about drawing on them to show the changes? Or SAVE them as a side-by-side.
    Would also be great if then we could automatically share this photo with patient who want to keep track of their own before/after images and share with friends.

  5. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

  7. The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.

  8. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  10. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  11. RegenMD would like all clients to see membership agreements in the client portal regardless of them having "agreed" during checkout or not. Regen does virtual sales (not online or via the Duo) so needs the ability to have clients agree virtually as well.

  16. Currently, there is no option to require a handwritten signature only for the forms and charts signature control. Only to disable the handwritten signature and allow "type"

    There should be options to enable / disable either or.

  17. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  20. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.
