  2. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  3. I would like to be able to duplicate a chart from one I've already signed. For example, I am seeing a patient for Botox, who I already saw 3 months ago and signed a chart on. I would like a button to "Duplicate" the chart from that 3-mo-ago visit, so I can edit it to reflect any changes we make at the current visit, but any other information that is still pertinent is carried forward!

  9. We would like to be able to have a Saved Day View on Boulevard.

    For example, on Booker, we can customize and save the schedule view base on the day and when another employee logs in, they are able to select that view so the schedule is organized for them.

    Management for our spa prepares this for the front desk employee so we know exactly what the rotation of massage technicians is for that day.

  11. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  14. We have senior injectors that have a slightly higher price for injecting than our standard services. It'd be great if custom product unit prices could be added on a staff level for a service so we could easily charge at an increased rate.

  17. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  18. Under client history all you can see is what appointment they had, but it would be helpful if it also showed what provider they saw for their service without having to open up the whole appointment window.

  19. Merge appointments for the same client without having to cancel one of the original single appointments that were booked separately. Merging appointments should be an option prior to them arriving on the day of their scheduled service as well. Similar to the reschedule and cancel buttons when you select an appointment - it would be great to have a merging option as well.

  20. Automatically tag a client when a product is purchased.

    We have monthly memberships and we manually add a 'member' tag, but it would be time-saving if you could setup the products to auto tag upon purchase.
