  3. So often Clients do not remember if they have gift cards and if a gift card came up on their appointment or check out page, we could ask the client if they would like to use whatever they have left.

  5. We require payments upfront before treating a patient. It would be helpful if we could take a payment for the service, without it completeing the appointment until we are actually done with the service so that staff knows the patient is still here.

  8. By not separating our credit card processing fees from our nightly sales reconciliations you make it hard for clients to track and forecast regular/annual credit card processing fees. This is not a transparent practice - we should be able to see how and when these fees are changing - the current system is convoluted and wholly ambiguous. This should be a separate charge outside of our sales revenue.

We honestly have had to re-pair or reset the Duo reader at least once every two weeks for some reason and each time it is a fairly involved process requiring an owner or manager to be present or tell the staff their login in order to set things up again. It would be awesome if this could be set up just so linking can be done and no changes to the Duo settings like tip amount, etc.

  13. If clients have multiple services and decides to cancel one(same day cancellation), there should be an option that allows us to cancel only that service so that it would be shown in their history.

  14. We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.
