We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. This would be so great to have and would help generate BLVD campaign revenue because clients are more likely to book when they have already paid for vouchers and don't want them to go to waste.

I hate precision scheduling and the fact we can't update the settings ourselves or turn it off all together. Give us the ability to manage our settings!
