I am hoping BLVD will prioritize this request. Right now, reports is all or nothing. Employees should not have all access to reports, it needs to be configurable. While we hope employees will not look at their fellow colleagues numbers, we know they will. This also becomes a privacy issue.

One way to solve this is to add custom categories/columns to the front desk view. So the columns could look like: confirmed, arrived, ready for provider, numbing, ready for coordinator, checked out, etc. If they are customizable it will help all practices stay organized. Having the apt comment be visible on that view would allow staff see special needs (comments could be started numbing at 9am, needs coordinator to discuss memberships, etc). We have an 8000 sq ft location, so its hard to run back and forth and look for each other to communicate these things
