    Ability to see all previous vitals (weight specifically) in one place... Like in patient information, click their weight and all previous ones will show up.... Or the ability to auto populate from a previous form/link fields other than the current ones

  3. In the patient chart there needs to be an option to identify them with a photo (near their name) so front desk staff has an easy identifier
