The gift card goes under the purchaser currently but if it was listed under the recipient, we could follow up to try to get the clients in the door. Old and lingering gift cards are missed opportunities and liabilities but contacting the purchaser doesn't help us get the intended client in the door. Adding the recipient and recipient contact information at time of purchase would allow us to pull a monthly report and reach out to gift card recipients to help get them scheduled for treatments.
