This would be super helpful with 50 events including birthdays/important dates to note each year, and with 27 employees + alternating dates per year, that's over 1,200 manual time block entries. Would be nice to have more options for time-block to create in bulk.

On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients. Our Front of House is always rescheduling appointments! The employee should be notified when a client has moved their appointment so that they can reach out to clients that are on the waitlist / block time on their schedule.

We do our best to direct clients to book online so that they can fill out their card information. When a client is booking via text, we have to track them down to receive their card information via phone call. PLEASE introduce a way for current clients to add their card on file, or notify us if they haven't already.
