An error occurred while saving the comment Alexis Mitchell commentedFor recurring appointments with the same client, it would be great to be able to duplicate a past chart and it be editable as if it were an unsaved chart so we can add changes if anything is updated. This would save us so much time and create more consistency in our charting and practice.

An error occurred while saving the comment Alexis Mitchell commentedWe have providers that are not accepting new clients so we have them turned off for online booking. It would be so awesome if there was a way for clients to book online but be screened as an existing client of that technician if possible. Or submitted as a request to book with them even.

Ex. We have an open service area with chairs and if groups want to book and sit together for the service, we are not able to make sure the tech is assigned to their chair, theyre having to bounce around to stations according to booking. It would help us keep organized even more so if resources could either be attached to an employee or something similar
